Overall dirty. Found a Beetle in the gym, facility poorly maintained , washing machine room incredibly dirty. Room furniture ruined and overall bad maintained.

The staff was cordial, professional, and quickly checked us into our room

The Only thing I did not like was the room did not have a microwave. It was extremely inconvenient to stay at a hotel without full service and not have a microwave in the room. That means I had to leave my room to heat my coffee and food. That was somewhat annoying and took away from the comfort of my stay. If a hotel is not full service the room should have a microwave. This is especially true with children. This means if people with children stay at your hotel the children would have to leave the room to warm food and drinks.

The front desk clerk Ashley was such a professional and thoughtful and helpful

My room was very dirty. The floor had dirt on it, the the shower was dirty, the bed sheets wasn't changed and I wasn't aware that the hotel was pet friendly
