The room was very nice and clean but that's about the only thing that I liked about the hotel. I stayed here once before when it first became the Best Western and it was way way better
The staff member that checked me in lied about the restaurant saying that it would be open at about 6:00 p.m. but it didn't open that day at all. The check-in process was also pretty long. At one point I had what I believe was the maintenance guy follow me halfway to my room and whisper in my ear that he wanted me to call the front desk to have them shut a certain door saying that they wouldn't listen to him. This really creeped me out and I almost left the hotel asking for my money back because of it. There was absolutely no water in the room that had a bunch of drinks and snacks so I only had to rely on unhealthy sugary drinks. The breakfast food was really dry as well. I also could not figure out for 4 hours how to set up my PlayStation on the TV because the controller would not work properly. Also had people rattling and shaking doors next to my room very loudly and jumping up and down a lot which kept me awake until almost 1:00 in the morning. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to do so

Breakfast was great. The location was easy to reach. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The shower faucet was so loose I felt like it was going to fall off. That made it difficult to turn the water on and off. The toilet seat was loose. The bed sheet had other people's hair on it still.

first it’s not listed on GPS yet, so finding difficult late a night. then our room was exposed to the railroad. and they hooked and uncoupled cars all night. so when hooked together, the noise was massive and powerful enough vibrate our room. All Night!

Someone tried to break into our room early in the morning. We woke up to hear them jiggling the door knob and trying to pick the lock. Definitely scared them off when we started beating on the door.

We visited Casper to visit family for two days. On the second day, a blizzard hit Casper and we were stranded in the hotel for three more days as the roads were closed and no flights were going out.
The staff was exceptional!! They took such great care of us and provided us with extra lunch and snacks etc.
We felt very comfortable. THANK YOU!

The staff was kind and super helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed it (had the jacuzzi tub suite with the balcony.) We requested a play pen and when we got there it was set up already in the room which I was so happy about after driving all day with my 2 and a half month old. The owner of the bar was amazing! The cook was amazing and stayed a little longer and made us good food. The breakfast staff held my son for me while I prepared my plate and my husband's. Everyone went above and beyond and I will be going back soon!
I think something that would have made that room 100% perfect would have been a little round table with two chairs that you can eat at. Husband and I had to have one at the desk and i used the coffee table to eat and I feel there's room in that kitchen for a either a round table with two chairs or a table the size of the desk with two chairs. Also a trash can in the bedroom area. Having one in the bathroom and living only became a bit frustrating. But that's it....

the rooms were dated. our lights were out in the bathroom had to have light bulbs replaced still not good lighting. The bathroom was very small. our fridge was dirty and food was stuck in the freezer. it was disgusting.

The check in was very professional and friendly despite our late check in. Great communication and helped us resolve a booking issue we had with the third party. Great staff!

It was a beautiful hotel, great rooms and staff. Breakfast was great too!!
We had a suite, only available on the second floor. There's no elevator for those with issues climbing stairs. My mother has had two total knee replacements.

Did not eat breakfast. Location was ok.
I was charged twice for the room and was only told it must be a "computer problem". I have been charged $270 for a room that costs $110. That is credit card fraud and I will seek reparations

Very comfortable room, great location and an outstanding breakfast with very friendly staff. We especially liked the made-to-order omelet bar.
