The Hotel is newly remodeled and the facilities are new. It is very very clean. The towels are new and fluffy an very clean. The bathrooms are not huge but they are ñewly renovated and cleaned to perfection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I was there I got sick and they asked if I was ok or I needed any help and they even gave me some snacks. It is a modest little hotel a bit off the beaten path but I highly recommend it. Also the value is unbeatable in the area at around 100$ or a little less a night. It's definitely worth it because it is clean and classy. Not a trap motel by any means. If you pay cash you have to leave a $100 deposit but I did get it back without any issues. I stay at every hotel in Conroe and this is one of my favorites by far. It will exceed your expectations.

There are no key points I did not like. I highly recommend this little hotel.

What breakfast and had to stay in lobby for am 1hr with my kids after driving 6hrs and they said that our payment didn't go through which it did had to tell owner I would go somewhere else then before they actually let me in our room we paid for

there was no AC in the lobby or halls. the room was large but the AC unit wasn’t functioning properly to cool the room. the fridge was broken and there was a TV but no cable or even basic TV. The WiFi was slow. The front desk made a mistake and overcharged. I did not have a good experience here.

The door to the room wouldn't lock unless you slammed it shut. 2 phones in the room and neither worked. Told the people at the front desk and they were like ok.

it didn’t have anything the website said it did. no pool, Wi-Fi didn’t work, laundry room didn’t work the whole place reeked of marijuana the night clerk was very unfriendly none of the staff spoke good English.

It was close to the fields were my daughters softball tournament was. The air conditioner worked great!

The people who live in the trailer behind the property were loud and yelling strange things at me and my kids. Both my daughters were scared and didn't want to be there after that. But it was late and we had to stay. I had to wait a while to get checked in after a very long and hot day of softball. The place had a strange odor to it and when we got to our room it smelled stale and musty. Stains all over the carpet. Hair on our pillows, dresser draws had dirt and crumbs in them, all the furniture was raggedy and some even broken, blankets had cigarette burns on them, towels are all stained and didn't smell very clean. We do lots of travel softball so a place that includes breakfast is always a must for us because it's way easier for us all to grab something quick before going to the fields where we spend at least 4-10 hours at. The site says breakfast included but, they had nothing. Also, there is no elevator so you have to carry your belongings up the stairs. We will not be returning here.
