The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was so nice.

We were a little frustrated because we paid for the valet (we had quite a bit of stuff to carry and I have a really bad back), and when we left in the morning, the valet wasn’t there so we had to go to the main lot and get the car. It sounds silly and Karen-ish but you pay for a service, you expect that service to be rendered the one time you need it. Also, I wasn’t aware there was a prom there that weekend, so that was not a fun surprise (that wasn’t anyone’s fault though). It was very crowded, but that’s my own personal issue.

Beautiful location! The only staff I interacted with were at the front desk but they were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfy. Shower was a good size and had good water pressure

There were events happening the first night we were there and they were up partying loudly til around 1 AM. We didn’t complain because one of the events was a prom and we figured it’d be over by one. I’m pretty sure I overheard staff asking them to quiet down after 12.

The grounds are beautiful. The pool is very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night. Would have liked to been able to enjoy this amenity. Pool and hot tub should absolutely be open until 10 or 11pm on weekend nights.

The parking is a little walk from the hotel. Not ideal in the cold weather.

Then location

I was very much looking forward to doing some swimming. I could not get any pool time because there were so many children. Very disappointing. Plus, the people in the room next to mine had some kind of boom box playing loud music. I called to complain and was told that quite time wasn’t until 10pm. So, my wife and I had to listen to this loud music and could not enjoy our evening. Very very disappointing.

The food was very very good. Fresh ingredients and the service staff was exceptional.

The pool was overcrowded with children. The pool and spa area could improve with operations. The wet can be a bit more inviting with essential oils to kill bacteria and softer towels.

I enjoyed that it was out of the way and very quiet for the most part.

There were no towels at the pool or in the locker room. My room wasn’t completely clean.

we had 4 rooms 7 adults and 6 Grandkids that had a great time in the pool,except for 1 crabby old man that yelled at one of my Grandsons, had I been there when he did that I would have punched him in his crabby nose.

people that work there are very nice and helpful

the room and being on the 2nd floor and that it’s only 3 floors I like that. the parking was great too

it was a wedding going on and you see all the people in the lobby when we where checking in and it was hard carrying are bags from the truck to the hotel because it was people everywhere.

The premise was generally clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room cleanup should have and could have been on daily basis, especially for the price that I paid. I stayed there for 3 days, and not a single day my cleam was cleaned! This is disappointing, indeed.
