beautiful and comfortable room, located close to all of the attractions! our housekeeper was kind and attentive. we loved the private balcony and the self check in process was easy. we would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for our planned day trips. Housekeeping staff phenomenal…. very attentive and responsive to our requests.

Some loud music late the first night and early the first morning, attribute that to another guest. Otherwise, a very clean and convenient property.

The location to town was good. The cleaning lady was so nice and friendly.

it said it was by go cart track but the room was sound proof. It was not soundproof and we had to listen to go carts each night until 11:30pm. I didn’t like how much we paid for this room.

We did not stay there. There was no one on site and no on would return a call. Had we known it was self service, we would not booked the room. We no no other guest and it was just a little scary to know yo I were alone.

This hotel was truly a hidden treasure! With affordable rates, a great location for those who love the Ole Mill and Dollywood, and very clean rooms with balconies overlooking the river. We really liked the no hassle check-in and checkout process. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel gives you a voucher for a free breakfast at another previously unknown local treasure, Reagan’s House of Pancakes. Although the hotel is located behind two go-cart tracks, the rooms are completely sound proof, when we sat out on our balcony, all we heard was the peaceful sound of the river. Truly a treasure for those who want a comfortable place to rest after spending a full day visiting the attractions.

The only thing that could have been better was the water temperature, it just didn’t get a hot enough.

Great view of the river! We were on the top floor. Loved the balcony space & set up. The jetted tub was soooo relaxing!!

The parking was a little different & the hard bed but we stayed so busy & exhausted by the end of the days the bed didn't matter - it was somewhere to sleep. 🤣
