I cancelled the reservation. The elevator was broken of which there is one. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The staff person refused to say the elevator was broken & that I had to be patient. I waited about 45 minutes & kept trying it. A baseball team & bus driver confirmed to me that the elevator hadn’t been working all day, tried it with me to no avail, & confirmed they had been taking the stairs. The staff did not offer a room on the 1st floor nor did they offer to get my bags to the 3rd floor. The staff person said she would call maintenance but they couldn’t be there until the next morning. I am 65, had a full suitcase & various bags. The stairs were not an option for me so I cancelled or at least tried to. That didn’t go well either as I found out the next day when I called the hotel. my experience was bad from the beginning.

There was expired milk in the buffet breakfast No coat hangers in the room I booked for 2adults and 4kids but I only had 2 sets of towels for us all to shower with .. we arrived late and I was unable to reach anyone for more towels The pool water didn’t look clean

I called to ask for extra linens for the pull out be and was told I would have to come down to get them. Other hotels would deliver those to your room. Actually when you have a party of 5 most already have them in your closet. This was disappointing. They were understaffed.

Rooms need deep cleaned & painted. Had 2 different Rooms due that issue. Have stayed in lower class hotels that were much cleaner. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed !

Convenient location, nice sized room

The heating/cooling for the room was not good. It was hot even though the thermostat was set for 67/68. It just didn't regulate well and got very stuffy. The unit also made a rattle noise while it was running. The toilet in our bathroom ran constantly. The flapper was too large so it was continuously filling Breakfast was meh.

Front desk staff was excellent Kiara and Jenna remained calm while multitasking and doing their best to take care of the guests.

The rooms were disgusting dried food on the floor, I questioned if the sheets were even changed but it was confirmed when I seen different hair on the pillowcases.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we had an excellent trip

A bit out of the way from where we were heading (Moraine State Park) but not too bad.

My husband and I cut are trip short and the hotel didn't charge us for the second day even though we didn't leave until dinner time

No smoking rooms very inconvenient going outside for myself I feel if I pay good price for a room there should be an option
