Love Marriott’s higher standards, which makes it feel closer to like my own home. This property has kind and attentive staff. It was so convenient entering and exiting the building, parking nearly right next to the door every time. It was so quiet inside; nearly soundproof rooms.

The bath had issues which staff had to deal with 4 times, and it still wasn’t acceptable to what I expect from Marriott. The bath drain didn’t plug so maintenance was called; then, it didn’t drain so maintenance fixed it again; the bath temp was set to warm not hot, so maintenance adjusted it; the shower head was awful, just spinning the water around wildly on one setting; another setting was a full mist that wet everything from the top of the stall down to middle but felt miserable once it finally landed on the body. maintenance staff apologized and said they couldn’t really fix that before end of our stay.

Clean, comfortable and felt like family here by the staff. Wonderful place to stay.

The location is convenient to my family who lives nearby. It is close to major roads and there is a Walgreens across the street. The heated saltwater pool was the main highlight of our stay and the kids loved it. The in-room TV system was pretty good and included Netflix and Youtube in addition to live TV channels.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy. The bathtub faucet was loose and the dishwasher racks were broken and hard to close. The provided toiletries were minimal only pump soap and shampoo in the shower. The breakfast was mediocre with terrible coffee and food stations would run out. The pull out sofa bed mattress was worn out and so was pretty uncomfortable. Housekeeping service was minimal and counters/floors were never cleaned.
