Good layout for the apartment, quiet neighbours, good parking. Fast response from the property regarding questions etc.

Great location for our trip - near Universal Studios and lots of great restaurants. It was super clean and had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of space. Pet friendly and next door to a dog park on a quiet street.

Paying $20 a day for parking - should be included with the property. Especially if someone in the party has a physical/handicap issue. There is no nearby parking on the street.

The apartment was good in size and fit all my family. The facilities were decent as well.

The bedsheets were old and the mattresses were uncomfortable, I feel these need to be replaced. The dining table top was also dirty which we did not appreciate.

the location was perfect! If are thinking of visiting LA this is the perfect place to stay if you want something that is close to LA’s main attractions. It is also easy to find and it is in a good area.

Apartment was not well maintained, Blinds were broken, lot of dust on ventilation and AC System. Towels are smelly and torn up. No toiletries were provided, No hairdryer in apparent.

One of the showers didnt have hot water.

Property was spacious and well appointed. Location was somewhat convenient - a short walk to hollywood boulevard (the good part). The internet was superfast, all the TVs had Roku boxes attached. Facilities meant we didn’t have to hunt around for a local laundromat.

Noise coming from the neighbouring building (we think it was a fountain) - It’s right outside the window in the downstairs bedroom.

toilet was clogged. air conditioning not working and there was a leakage from Day 1. No one bothered to come and help us.

The door pad instructions were very easy to follow. I can not fault the customer service leading up to the trip. It is a great location, you can walk to the Walk of Fame in around 5 mins and there are good restaurants within an 8 minute walk - I had researched this before I booked as didn't want to have to get Ubers/taxis every night, especially after a long day doing all the touristy stuff. We didn't cook in the apartment but it had everything you would need if you wanted to.

We only had 2 chairs on the balcony and no table and there were 3 of us, it would have been nice to sit outside. Also we only had one roll of toilet paper each, the spare ones in the bathroom cabinets were almost empty. Not the end of the world though.

Loved this apartment. We also loved that there was a wrap around balcony and blow up mattresses.

This is a very spacious property and each bedroom has its own bathroom, 2 are en-suite. It was well equipped and easy to check in and out. Location was okay. close to Hollywood for the walk of the stars and Chinese theatre. Also there was a parking spot available in the garage which was great.

The additional cost of parking at $20 per night. The location was convenient for Hollywood Boulevard but Sunset Boulevard which was really nearby was a bit run down and didn’t look safe to walk on at night.

Clean and spacious. The property is also in a great location, close to the areas of LA you would like to see as a tourist. the customer service is great, they reply quickly and are informative.

I had to call for the parking instructions on the day. It would have been good to receive them in advance, but overall it was still easy to get the information.

Location is super, images on Booking.com is from two different appartmenst so was not 100% to our expectation but never the less a super appartment.

Every time we where cooking the fire alarm went off but we managed it in the end. The balcony was very small so not a good place to relax but we where mostly out every day so not a big deal.
