Staff was great.

Cleaning service suspect. Hair scrunchy on floor, stains on comforter, other misc areas not cleaned appropriately.

Bed was comfy, room was big

Shower door was broken, rust around the edges of the shower, couch was dirty, never brought us new towels even when we called for them, never cleaned our room

They were very accommodating.

I was actually disappointed in YOUR company. It was NOT the hotel in any way. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy. Considering they closed their bookings an hour before YOU booked us, they did not have the room you booked for us. They had 1 room left which was a king suite. They were nice enough to give us that room. They had to call multiple people to tell them that rooms were booked that were not available. I'm so grateful for their kindness. My satisfaction with your company however is in question. I would hope that you would take this information and use it to better your company. Many were left without rooms in a city that was booked solid.

The breakfast area was small and crowded. All the tables were taken.

Everything was wonderful, especially after driving 9 hours!
