The refrigerator froze everything

We arrived late 8pm and given our keys 214 The room was very dated had nothing in the bathroom No shampoo conditioner body wash lotion etc Had a stale smell no laundry bag for my dirty clothes The AC unit made a HUGE clanging sound everytime it clicked on and then the Toliet every 2 hours all night would gergle and sound like it was going to explode ! Along with the room next to us up allll night I could hear there whole conversations 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel like the beds were about 15 inches off the floor I have stayed here in Hershey for many of years Onbusiness and I have to say I’m disappointed I paid $217 for 1 night here !

Chemical smell and hotel was very dated. Look like we stepped back in time.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was very spacious. Our children were pleasantly surprised by the arcade game in our suite.

The rooms decor was very mismatched and confusing. Could hear other rooms quite easily. The chair in our room had some disgusting stains on it. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. They really need to update things. Also, our mini fridge was not working.

Free breakfast and location close to Hershey Park. Easy to find

No one at the check in desk. We had to wait and then call the motel to get someone to check us in. The staff wasn't very friendly.

It was well kept and clean! The breakfast was good that was included!

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and it was close to our destination.

The breakfast was horrible. There was no bacon or sausage, the eggs were powdered eggs. The breakfast was just all together horrible.

Rooms are spacious with nice fridge and microwave. Very clean! Nice variety for breakfast.

The chairs in the room were extremely firm and uncomfortable.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room

The check-in takes about 50 minutes!!! But the hotel was great and I'll be back

Breakfast was very good, but generates a lot of garbage because they use plastic plates The room was nice The location is pretty good, not exactly downtown but easy walking distance

Breakfast generates so much garbage - can you not use China and silverware instead of all plastic plates, knives etc.?

The cleanliness of the room was just spectacular. It was one of my most comfortable stays in a very long time. Having the complimentary breakfast was a bonus.
