Cleanliness

The person that greeted me at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The bathtub drains very slowly.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a great location for the event we were going to.

It was a little more expensive than some of the other hotels nearby.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor with friendly, helpful, courteous front desk staff the lady that was running the bar / restaurant was exceptional as well. Very good value for a one night stay to see Cirque de Soleil the venue for Cirque du Soleil was very close only about six minutes away.

The quality of the food and drinks are not what we’re used to normally being served. I would go elsewhere for that.

Clean beautiful room and facility.

Reserved a King bed stayed in a queen due to maintenance issues. Also i did not have a charger which i left at home. The cords i had didn't match your older charger outlets in the room. No options available for loaning a cord by the front desk or advice for purchase. Ran to a local convenient store to buy one since it was didn't available for purchase. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Lighting was too cold/ fluorescent No holiday devorations- but overall clean ??? Breakfast ??- Starbucks counter w 1 person working— did not know was included?? Lobby bar closed early

Facility itself is new and lovely. However, the temperature in the room could not be adjusted. It was set in 70 but the temperature was 73.

No tissues or hand lotion in Bathroom plus only 1/3 roll of toilet paper
