the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. the hot tub was not operational. the property is very understaffed. the checkin girl had to leave and pickup people from airport at checkin time. computer did not work with credit cards. the girl was very calm and pleasant during all the problems she encountered.

Blow dryer didn't work

The location was great because it was close to the university. Also the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the beds had nice white linens on them and looked very pretty.

The inside door in the bathroom was pretty chewed up with lots of wear and tear. The sink in the bathroom plugged up when we ran water, I mentioned it to the desk clerk and she said they had no one there (short staffed) to help with that at the time. We went down to breakfast about 8:30 and it was pretty picked over, not much left to choose from, bagels and biscuits and yogurt were the only choices.

Great location for what we needed

Run down. The dresser in the room was missing the bottoms so they couldn't be used. No elevator

The pool and hot tub were out of order. Our room was next to the laundry facility for the maids. At 4:30am, I could not sleep due to the washer and dryer going non stop. The breakfast was substandard with only bagels and yogurt and apples for food. When i advised the clerk when I left that they really should leave room 108 as a last resort (there were just a few cars in the parking lot), they advised that i had to pay more money in order to have a room farther away from the laundry room. Days Inn disappoints again. I will avoid them at all costs.

Excellent location

Noisy bathroom fan! Hot/cold faucets are reversed! Stained bed spread.

The worker at the desk was very nice.

The pool and hot tub closed and wifi wasnt working. Needs lots of updates as very run down.

no fri t desk staff when we arrived. they had left the property to take other guests to the airport.

Breakfast looked dismal. Went out to a restaurant. You need a waffle maker.

Building was dingy. Rates were ridiculously high The staff were all very nice. The room was clean. Friends stayed next door at a far nicer hotel for virtually the same money.

no elevator. I have a lung condition and stairs are really hard for me. This was my fault for not checking before booking.

Two different rooms both with problems...1 Too small ...dirty toilet and toilet would not flush...2 Air conditioner was not working and the room was extremely humid and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

We changed to a different hotel.
