I liked that the staff was able to get me another room, due to the air conditioner not working properly.

The rooms are disappointing in appearance, I use to stay here in the past and it was lovely. However now it has an unclean appearance.

Great Breakfast! Easy to park and very clean. walmart store was very convenient just to walk over. friendly faces

Sally the front desk. Headed not been for her. We would’ve left after the first night.

We were on vacation with three little people. They were excited about being on vacation, but we kept getting complaints because they were too loud. Sally at the front desk made it all better.

That the air conditioning didn't work. 4 hot nights. We were told no rooms were available to switch with. Maintenance never came to fix the air conditioning.

they gave clean towels house keeping was very apologetic

they property was still open even thought there was loud construction going the pool was open but the water was freezing our room had no towels and one of the beds was broken. between 6-10pm there was loud noises and men working with power drills door banging and closing hard shut. we asked to cancel they wouldn’t cancel wanted to charge full booking and gave us a room we did not want.

The 3 days i was a there NO house keeping i had to do everything myself and I even spoke to the house keeper lady that Saturday morning she left 2 towels and that wax it No cleaning whatsoever!

Breakfast was okay. Staff at checkin was very nice. Room was good size.

Location was hard to get in and out of. Air conditioning did not work very well. I could not let a family member pay for room by giving credit card over phone.

The location was great. Basically in the middle of everything.

One of the ladies in the housekeeping room rolled her eyes at us when we asked for pool towels. It was very hot in our room. Our fist room at throw up in the sink we called down to the front desk and they kindly gave us another room.
