I really liked the the kitchen area! So beautiful!

The beds and tv could’ve been a little bigger, walls thin but other than that perfect!

I like the area where the hotel is located. It's near shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. This was definitely in a safe area. I had a decent couple of nights at this hotel, but I don't plan on returning.

The front desk is closed at night. It just looked extremely old on the inside of the building. The elevator was so slow. It was not explained to me that housekeeping is not available everyday.

we checked into the hotel the assistant manager who checked us in was not friendly or talkative. we left for the day and came back around two in the morning and the toilet must have been clogged from previous people who stayed. called for maintenance and was tiled I had to clean and plunge it myself. I explained that this was our first time using the toilet the whole day because we literally dropped our stuff off and left. I told him. I shouldn’t have to come down to get a plunger and do this my self. The next morning when I called for manager, they acted the same way and said that if maintenance was there they would send, took from 3 hours for him to come once a made the second call. The maintenance was in street dress code and wearing flip flops. very unprofessional appearance. To top it off we found baby roaches in the the room our last night there!

room was ok but staff was mean and disrespectful for no reason and they rushed me out of my room and were rude about making me leave

Location and how quiet it was for the most part.

That I was put as 2nd priority over other ppl to be place on the first floor due to having an animal. The pay was disappointing too bc we basically paid an extra stay for our dog per day. Most hotels charge one fee not a per day.

Clean and comfortable - great value for money. Small kitchen and fridge freezer gives you more options

No utensils at all - no mugs, pots, pans so kitchen a bit useless unless you bring your own.
