It was pretty clean and the staff was friendly, we left the cars there and went walking to search for food and fun, so much places at walking distance. It was a rainy night but the hotel room never got cold. 10/10 i would be staying there everytime I visit. We left the deposit in cash and got it back when we check out. We stayed in a 3 queen sized bed room and it was really spacious.

Love the room it was spacious we got what we paid for. Love area we were at the food in the area was good. Staff was nice would definitely book again. We stayed in the family studio.

I loved the lobby interior and the flowers. Everything easy easy and smooth! I liked there was a small courtyard. I liked the linen shower curtain too!

Everything was perfect except for the bathroom sink, it need to be re painted came off and cracked.

Beds,space, outside area was bigger. Vending machines.

Water leaking areas

The hotel is in a very good location regarding public transportation, there are several bus stations nearby and a subway station a few blocks away. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are average.

The neighborhood itself looked a little bit unsafe, specially at night, abandoned buildings, homeless walking around asking for cash... The bathroom's air extractor was filled with dust, at extreme levels. Two of the three vending machines were out of service. My window view was a wall and payed the same as street views. They ask for the 200 USD incidentals that are "fully refundable" but they charge you that in one pay plus your stay, then during checkout they charge you the stay without the incidentals fare, but the refund of the first charge takes a lot, so you are charged with more than the double of your stay for several days, if you use a debit card, you have that money frozen all that time, very inconvenient.
