Beautiful view of the sound, block from the main town and the best restaurant on block away.

A little noisy above us when kids were running around the room.

The view was very nice. Check in was very easy and convenient. Towels were soft.

Probably the cleanest and we'll stocked rental I have ever booked. Walking distance to shops and restaurants/ excellent location. Extremely comfortable! And most of all, immediate relaxation! Highly Recommended!

Only negative was fireplace in our unit ( 106 ) was not functional.

Location was great and I think they upgraded us to a better room because the view was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and the suite was a good size.

The location was excellent as was the water view and overall the facility met most of our expectations, but not all.

Managment agreed that we could have an early check-in as well as negotiated a late departure. Very nice of them to do so! However, we were on the ferry when we called asking for the early arrival/check-in. We were told that it would be ready shortly after we arrived. However it took about an hour more than expected. Giving us a realistic, not an optimistic check-in time would have been preferred but not required. The issue was one of the late checkout. Initially it was 11am and we were OK with the policy. I asked the manager, Leanne, if we could get a later checkout and she looked over the computer and said 'yes' and I asked about 1pm and she said 'yes.' That was more than I expected but was happy with that, very much so. Then today, the day of the 1pm check-out I received a call and it was changed to 12:30 from 1pm. Why did she tell us that 1pm was doable up front and then told us that it HAD to be 12:30 only an hour before we had to get out? It gave me the impression that she's not in touch with her maid service at all. But we were checking out and made it out at 12:30. I did call after we left and advised that there was a concern with the short change of notice to which she expressed a great deal of offense! Underscore!! During our stay the bathroom sink is beveled and I set a porcelain coffee mug on the sink and it fell into the sink and cracked. I set it aside so they would know it was broken and I had to use a washcloth to clean up the coffee spill. She advised that since we were SO unhappy with our stay that she was refunding $50 from our stay. Then she sent me an email with a photo of the cracked mug and as she put it 'ruined' wash cloth that we'd left there. I think that was a trifle bit much to nitpick over a $99 cent coffee mug and a washcloth that only needs to be washed like any other soiled towel. Obviously she's not in tune with her housekeeper's schedule. Oh...the fireplace is decore only doesn't...
