Limited staff, AC / Heater is way too outdated for the price. Maybe cut back on the next remodel and incorporate 21st century ac units and not floor wall loud uneven roadway inn AC units. Also extremely limited drinking courtesy water supply. Spent three nights, they only clean rooms every other day and provide one courtesy water bottle per room. Espresso/coffee machine ( not free ) at lobby is 20 years too late specially for the price. At close to $400 dollars a night maybe provide products/services of a $200 dollar a night hotel. Property just seems understaffed. Too many MBA’s making hospitality decisions on the customer experience for an ALOFT labelled property.

The property is convenient, clean, and well appointed in the rooms.
