Nice room, well appointed…clean & comfortable! I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was good. Location was excelent.

lack of house keeping when requested several times, lack of response by staff when cigarette and marijuana odor lingered in the halls and room on several occasions, this being a smoke free building and this is the second stay we had here with this issue this is unacceptable, with this disregard and at the price of the room makes me question my next stay at this hotel.

Staff never showed up wasn't able to check in. Customer service hung up on me after the told me they can't do anything to get a hold of anyone. Extremely poorly ran

We arrived while it was raining. It was extremely difficult to unload the van of luggage and my octogenarian parents with the rain falling on our heads. We stay in Homewood Suites, TownPlace Suites, and most recently we have chosen Home2 Suites. All the ones where we have stayed have drive through carport/overhang/portico for loading and unloading in the rain. I would have given higher marks except for this missing feature at your location.
