Room has clean.. however after my shower, I walked around and my feet got dirty quickly, I had to rewash and wear my shoes.

.. Roaches no chair refrigerator light work Nothing else, in the freezer was a half eaten danish. Shower had shower curtains not on rod folded and draped over rod.

Nothing the place was a ghost town, there wasn't a single car in the parking lot or ppl. The work there was super rude before I could even get my wallet out she was telling me to give her money And my ID,after watching her look a a off TV moving a mouse without the wire plugged in she tossed back I'm cars and said "systems down you can leave " then she walk away.

photos on Booking.com did not match, it was run down, not maintained nor anything fixed when it broke, has roaches, air conditioning didn’t work. That motel should not be open.

I had to leave the room after only being there acouple hours due to it being unsafe. After only acouple hours of being there roaches were literally crawling through our bags. I have a 2 year old and its not safe for him. Tthey refused to refund the money even though it was a health code violation. They stole my entire booking for 4 nights $300 and refuse to return any of it. I now have to get a lawyer involved and reported fraud to my bank and explained the situation to them hoping my bank will honor it at least. This place is disgusting and the staff is horrible.

Everything, especially the fact that they tried to get me to park my vehicle around back. The place looked like a trafficking ring trap. One way in one way out. The staff was horribly rude and we decided not to stay. Afraid someone would rob us in our sleep. Everything was dingy I could never see myself sleeping here. The pictures make it look like a quaint cozy big room which is definitely not the case.

The staff was rude she kept harassing about random things. The place was really gross and they expected us to be our own maid service. The fridge smelled disgusting like sour the water pressure also was not good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!! she CUSSED us out ! DISCRIMINATED AGAINST US !! aaaaand refused to allow us to get the key to our room after we ALREADY had BOOKED the room. SHE messed up the reservation by double booking someone else even tho we already booked our room early this morning, then tried to steal our $50 deposit SMH !!!!!!

Office staff grouches at us and were treating us as if we would steal, lose, or destroy things. A suspicious thing happened at the time to Pat because I was told they would have to hold my credit card and ID for at least 3 minutes and we couldn’t see what they were doing. Bad traffic in the are and sirens kept us up at night. Bright lights coming in the shutters and doors that don’t block well. Floor sticky. Bed full of sand as if the last guest had gone to the beach and sheets weren’t changed. Bedspread stained and with cigarette burns on it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Bathroom floor, shower, sink, and toilet could use a deep scrubbing. No Place to out or hang things- even the toilet paper was sitting on the toilet tank because there was no dispenser. Water stains on ceiling and wet paper towel shoved into the bathroom vent indicative of water leakage. Smell of mustiness. No gated or any way to protect vehicles parked on a busy intersection. Mattress covered in plastic for a less than comfortable night. Overall, we wouldn’t return if we were paid to stay.
