Good breakfast and pools were awesome. Very fun for the value. I’ll stay here again!

Nothing. We will not be returning.

Staff was unfriendly. Room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Garbage was still in both garbage cans. Spiderwebs on the ceiling corners. Didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed because the carpet looked gross.

Pool and hot tub area was nice

Heater in our room didn't work. Told staff about it and they just said they will send maintenance up. No discount or anything for sleeping in a cold room. Had a ceiling that had previously leaked and looked disgusting. Didn't look like pictures on website...was horrible.

Room was large, beds we’re comfortable.

Looks like crap from the outside and the parking lot is a hazard. Needs to be ripped out and replaced. Attendant was outside smoking when I came in and I waited 15 minutes for her to even acknowledge I was there.

Everything. Terrible location, sketchy people staying in/around hotel, we ended up leaving due to how much our room stunk of weed and cigarette smoke. Did not seem like it was clean. Terrible experience. We went to a different hotel. Booking.com was absolutely amazing to deal with about our inconvenience though.

Great location, Right off the interstate. And a wonderful price. The staff here are always wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable even though it is an aging facility I have always enjoyed my time staying here. (This was my 4th time).

It is an aging facility. I am afraid that it will be closed for renovations soon which most likely cause the price to increase.

It was old but surprisingly an excellent overnight stay! I forgot something in my room at check out, and they called me, and I was able to pick it up!!

I booked it because of the whirlpool tub listed online. When I got there to check in, I was iltold they were all broken. 😔 The walls had chipped paint and door needed painted.

Finding the lobby entrance was a pain in the ass. Dark Lobby labeled on tinted glass. No light outside to give a clue. The clerk was rude, I was asked to sign a damage responsibility form asked for my credit card was not given any paperwork of any kind! What was the point of booking online. I sent my 19 year old granddaughter to ask for a receipt and the wifi password he didn't say a word just wrote it down and gave her some kind of printout. . The balcony didn't overlook a pool but a banquet room with so much water damage it looked very unsafe. Ceilings falling in, walls falling in above on first floor roof. Alot of trash there. Really nice view. LOCKS The entrance door 2 was not locking most of the time.. not a feeling of safety the room had broken not working 1 random lock out of 3 working on each door. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and the non waterproof shower curtain let water all over the floor. The maid kept knocking I yelled go away again knocking I got up opened the door "WHAT?" Oh she says never mind. I asked her about the shower curtain missing the plastic lower liner, she said they were all like that. It really is no wonder the place is falling apart. The designated smoking area is anywhere outside. Uha with all of random people hanging around. And a entrance door not locking.I will never prepay for a room again. It was the worst of the worst. If I knew I could share photos of your house of horror I would have had my granddaughter send them to me first. Oh but can't get to that line anyway 😕 Never again
