Very clean! Beds are comfortable! And one thing I do not usually get to say, the pillows were actually comfortable! Over 3000 miles of driving on this vacation and this is the best stay yet!

Location, convenient, good food, restaurant staff was not very knowledgeable of menu, pool was not heated very well, had too much noise from neighbors. Would stay here again if prices for rooms weren’t so high.

I love the location of the hotel!
I didn’t like that they charged an arm and a leg, I didn’t like there was no water fountains so I had to pay for water! I also didn’t like that they didn’t have breakfast.

We liked the fireplace, that there was no check-in end time, breakfast had a variety & our room was main floor level.
We did not like that front desk didn't come out and check us in for over half an hour. My reservation was lost and get a different room. Too much chlorine in the hot tub.

how unorganized it was when we arrived my card was charged and it’s still pending and the total was not correct. they never cleaned up our room.

The location is great, the price is overall what I was expecting
I did a reservation for two rooms, we did get any housekeeping service on the 2 night, the vending machine was out of order, my tub was clogged 😞.

It was close to our destination. Plus the fireplace was amazing. Also indoor pool and hot tub was also a plus. Some of my friends got the name and are going to book here when they go to Mount Rushmore.

Nothing to eat. Arrived after 7.30p, restaurants either closed, packed, or no help to serve people. Had terrible food at restaurant bar on side street, 2-3 doors down, warmed over, stale and gross for $25.
