Good space, comfy beds, good location near metro

Shower was okay but tenancy to flood floor.

Loved how close everything was, just a couple blocks to the metro station. The grocery store is around the corner, which is very nice. Plenty of places to eat nearby just down the block. All in all a good stay, if you plan on cooking during your stay the waffle iron is awesome, also be careful with the oven it works very well.

I felt the place could use a some maintenance up keep. It probably gets a lot of traffic and makes it hard to get in there to fix things. I would fix the paint that is cracking above the shower, also look into fixing the 2nd door from the hallway that’s locked it has a 2in gap from the floor. Also look into replacing the carpet eventually. Other than that this place is awesome.

The location

It was very small. Few problems with bedding, toilet etc on arrival. Nowhere does it explain you have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. They were resolved as soon as we raised them, the property manager is great

The apartment was well appointed, very clean and in a good vibrant neighbourhood close to the Metro and also close to lots of dining options. Once we actually got in (see below), the place was great.

The place was really good but we were not provided the correct entry details so we could not get in when we arrived. The Booking.com info provided a code that actually allowed us to get a key to get in the front door but we could not get into our apartment. I had emailed a few days prior for clarification but I did not get a response. When we arrived, I was able to phone a number and the property manager responded quite quickly but it was all very stressful and unnecessary

We have a wonderful time! very close to everything, easy location for public transportation. We love it. Highly recommended.

We loved the neighborhood, which was diverse and very practical. We also loved Lois, the property manager, who was as efficient as she was kind.

You could hear cars on the road at night, but I’m very sensitive to sound. You could also hear people walking in the apartment above, but it wasn’t in the evening so it didn’t bother us. Since it’s several rentals in the same building, calm people should stay hear.

The APARTMENT WAS VERY VERY NICE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF POSSABLE WHEN FAMILY VISIT AGAIN. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO MY HOME AND CITY TRANSPORTATION. LOCATION OF BUILDING IS EXCELLENT.

The beds are very comfy and the space is great. You have everything you will need in hand. Location you have access by walking distance to many variety of food style restaurants and access to bike station to explore further more. My family and me had a great time, looking forward to come again.

Air conditioning needed to be clean, and bathroom extractor were very dusty.

If you are looking for a good comfy place, this is the best location in town. Clean - easy to access , near parking lot. You can almost reach all the main landmarks in town without any problems. Outstanding staff. ❤️❤️
