Very nice stay, awesome breakfast selection, staff very cordial.

Worked in a pinch for a last minute Xmas Eve stay. No issues getting a room and super close to family. Probably the newest and nicest hotel in Great Bend. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

As expected staff was slim given the holidays so room wasn't made up but we expected that much. Really no complaints. It served it's purpose.

Great bed!!

I wish the beds had a lightweight blanket. The beds have a sheet and then a compforter, so I have a hard time sleeping because I'm either too hot or too cold.

Clean, good location

Booked through Booking.com which we use often and never have had problems. I called the hotel and Booking way prior to the change/cancellation date because I needed to change from 2 nights to one. Hotel would not allow that, so we had to pay for both nights and were only there one night. The hotel also said that someone had to physically check in on the first night or we would be a no show and not have a room at all. Very frustrating when we were trying to remove a night, not add one.

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and a good size.

The internet never would connect with our phones . When we checked in they added another $30 that we were not aware this would happen they said it would be reimbursed when we check out and we are still waiting. When we asked why they needed more money they said that is what they do. They gave us 2 room cards and we had to go down to the front desk 5 times to have the cards reactivated, one never did work. Tried to call the front desk 4 times to ask about the room A/C and we would be put on hold and then hung up on.

The room was clean and nice size. The beds were comfortable and the a/c kept the room comfortable. It was right in the middle of town so everything was easily accessible. The staff who checked us in was very polite and helpful. She did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The shower had no wash clothes so that was a bit frustrating when my son tried taking a shower. Also the breakfast was not very well stocked or fresh. We went down pretty early and the gravy was almost gone. They changed it to a new one after we got our plates, but the biscuits were hard and unable to an extent. My son broke his plastic for just trying to cut it. I stopped half way through because they were so hard and dry.
