I stay at your hotel because of the location.

Fix the pool. This is 2 years in a row that there is something wrong with the pool. The stay is priced as if there is a pool. Lower your rates if the pool is unusable! A pass to another hotel is ridiculous and inconvenient.

Natalie at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and even helped us plan our route to get to our destinations.

Parking lot was pretty small. The overall decor & furniture is a bit older & run down. The dbl queen room is pretty small as well as the bathroom. My teenage kids complained about the comfort of the mattresses. I myself was so exhausted that I was able to sleep. Very disappointing to get to motel and find out the pool was closed and had to travel to an affiliated motel to use their pool.

It was a decent price for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Has mini fridge. Can walk to restaurants and shops in Custer. Staff was efficient

Omeka was wonderful. We were bummed the pool was out of use. But they gave us a pass to a sister location. We ended up not using because didn't want to drive around town in wet suit. But we booked particularly for location pool and price. We did grab coffee but didnt even look at breakfast. It was clean and near everything we needed.

The bathrooms were tiny. My son is average to tall height and he was struggling to get dressed and utilize the small space. The weather was cool so we didn't use the air conditioning but it was so loud I think it would have kept me up

Old and not updated building and room. In description it says there is microwave in room but in reality there is none. Extremely small room and bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Really bad Coffee.

Booking needs to do a better job of knowing when pools are closed. This pool has. Been closed for months and will continue to. Be so. Bed was not comfortable. Small ( tiny) bathroom.

The toilet was too short. Hard for a person with back and leg problems to use. The sink had a bad smell when the water was running.

Room was ready early, staff was helpful, side door access to car, coffee maker in room. Room was clean. I was just happy to get a room.

I had to stand on the bed to adjust the temperature of the AC/ heater unit. I looked for a remote but could not find one. The walls are thin. Could hear everything in the next room and above. This was during the buffalo round up and things were probably more lively than normal. Also no microwave in the room.
