We slept very well in the Murphy bed, which actually surprised us. Great bathroom. Was nice to have a washer and dryer combo in the room.

HVAC system seemed totally unresponsive and our 3rd floor room was constantly hot. Buildings are like apartment buildings and have no elevator. Refrigerator worked well after I turned the temperature down.

nothing! we entered our condo and thought people where in our room. we could here every word our neighbors were saying

everything! especially the bed it was so uncomfortable we had to leave a day early

Great location and staff was great. Couldn't ask for better.

Sadly I had ants in my room, all inside the kitchen (I have vids and pictures). Internet would not connect, was told there was issues with internet. Had I known that I would've went elsewhere my son was very upset. And to top it off the shower pressure in bathroom was non existant. Sadly, I'm not sure we will be back. And it's sad because the staff was top notch.

I did not have breakfast onsite.

I did not have a balcony or screened-in porch.

We are assuming you have staffing problems like everyone these days. Visible dust in several places. Fingerprints on appliances etc. Maybe things will return to normal soon.
