Beautifully decorated in its historic glory. Candace & Paul we’re very friendly and served a delicious breakfast. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Easy check in process. Best to also call if you are checking in late, easy entry to property and room after hours.

Lovely, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Really liked the easy pincode access to building and rooms.

We were going to arrive after hours. I called, and Candace gave -and emailed - easy directions. Our room was exceptionally clean and had the most comfortable bed. There was so much attention to detail, from awaiting treats to a small flashlight on the bedside table. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a beautiful presentation. Candace had checked ahead of time for dietary restrictions. She was a delightful hostess and added to the lively breakfast conversation. The neighborhood was good for a morning walk, with an inviting walkway across the street that led to the lake.

I wish I’d had more time to just sit on the wraparound porch and read or enjoy the flowers and trees.

Comfortable bed. Bright, clean room with plenty of windows to outside views. Big bathroom attached. Nice places to sit outside. Provided complimentary wine & bottled water anytime of day. Staff was friendly and helpful

Did not use the jacuzzi in the bathroom as it was a single and limited hours-could not be used between 10 pm & 8 am. Nice breakfast of fruit with little yogurt & granola, scrambled eggs, hash browns & ham but no toast or bread. Coffee was plentiful!
