Rooms were very comfortable, pool area and breakfast area were nice, and location was perfect.

Staff wasn’t the quickest or friendliest, but they had a full house that night so very busy.

Option for breakfast were: toast, cereal, or waffles… there wasn’t much to choose from now as compared to pre-pandemic as one customer who’d stayed there prior told us. We chose to eat breakfast out as a result.

Our room was not clean. Finger prints and water marks/rings all over counter surfaces, crumbs on top of beds, when we pulled back the bedding at 10pm we realized that there were crumbs and hair in the sheets also, so we requested new bedding. As there was only one person on staff and he was managing the front desk as well, we offered to change the bedding ourselves and did. The first day of our stay the pool was out of order which was a huge disappointment because we chose this hotel specifically for the use of that pool.

Room was clean.

Toilet didn’t flush right. Had to lift up on the handle for it to stop running.
