Staff lies to your face then calls you a liar when you call them out on it. The manager is on a power trip like I e never seen. He flexed his authority to deny every small request that was asked. My two year old is the one that suffered from spider bites to getting weird rashes from the carpet. Ants in our formula and food. 3000dollars spent there to get kicked out after requesting an extra day. I couldn't cash my check because it was Saturday and wells Fargo is closed here. I got cash by two o clock which the said would be ok until I got back and the manager told he couldn't put me back in the system. He humiliated my wife,my son and I by standing by our room door telling us to hurry. Don't waste your money here.

It was clean but only in places that you can see. The trash was not taken out from the kitchen.

was disappointed with the cost of the Pet fee. $75 per pet is outrageous. we have 2 dogs so it was $150 plus added taxes which almost doubled the cost of the room. other hotels we stay at charge a fee usually around $25 for up to 2 dogs. what is the difference with one or 2 small dogs for their cost. will not stay here again.

If you stay less than a week they do not clean the rooms or empty garbage - you have to do it yourself. Not advertised and I stayed 5 days. Also there's no restaurant on property. Staff a bit indifferent. Rooms were bland looking - the color brown is blah. Overall feel not a good hotel and not really good value. I heard other guests complaining of issues with their rooms etc.

Everything was ok. It is just if i need something i reach out to front desk and they are very helpful and always available with a smile. The location is good but a little far from the restaurants and shops which you can go by car or Uber. I went to the other hotels to see the condition of their room and kitchens, this is best amongst 2 others located nearby, take my words. It is also in a quite location.

Nothing. Beside Gentlemen working there was nice.

The hotel. It is a very old and dated hotel and we found bugs all over in the bathroom and beside the bed.

the staff was very accommodating! lent me a phone charger and made the room better suited for my friend who was having surgery next door.

I booked October29 or 30. Starting November 1st. some of the rule change without notice(check in & out time, Parking fee) And 30 minutes before check out time suddenly water stopped !!
