Good location for this town

The pool was down. The elevators were out of service. The lobby men’s bathroom was out of service. The entire lobby smelled like wet musty moldy basement and the lady at the counter couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to spend $200 for one night there.

The staff was amazing,. My daughter is special needs and the one staff made her feel like she had known her forever. My daughter could not wait to tell her about what she had done during the day. And the woman was so happy to speak with her. I for the life of me cannot remember her name but very kind woman. We booked a suite for 2 days and it was huge and very clean. Comfortable beds. We loved this hotel.

No one was around up front. Always waiting on someone to come to the desk.

Good breakfast! Room was clean.

I reserved a handicap room and it was not available. Water for showers was only tepid. Mirror lights were out. Fitted sheets fit poorly and didn't cover corners. Key card did not work and I had to return to front desk for reprogramming. Check in was lengthy due to computer glitch.

The bed and pillows. Pool was nice and great breakfast selection.

No towels on request. Short staffed. A lot of noise from other guest.
