I liked that it was in a good location for what our needs were. Also, it helped that there was a Starbucks and McDonald's close by.

The pool was closed, and there was no longer a hot tub!

I specifically chose this location because it stated online and in pictures that there was a hot tub. There was not!!

when I went to check in they had a sign saying that the water was being turned off for maintenance the next day (I can understand that bc it has to be fixed) however when I got to my room it smelled and was very dingy I only stayed 1 out of 2 nights I checked out the next day.

The room was clean. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator and a coffee maker in our room. Spacious area.

Would have been nice to have a few more streaming options, even for purchase. The breakfast could have had a little more variety. Good stay for the money. We enjoyed ourselves overall.

Everytime I left the room I had to have my key cards rescanned because they wouldn't work

The Staff was awful. One receptionist Laurie, was so rude every time we passed by. We went for Breakfast as it suppose to be included, Laurie, screams Ma'am at me and states the truck didn't show up, 4 days later still no breakfast, no coffee, no juice. The 3rd day they did have toast, instant oatmeal, cereal but no milk. We have a Esa dog, and we looked on the website that says they except service animals,but because he is a ESA, we verified when we arrived and Laurie said she would make a exception. The dog barked twice and they told us we had to leave the 3rd night in. I called booking.com, they had to contact the property and Thankfully resolved the issue. The site also says they have a pool and Hotub, the pool is Cold and there is No hottub, it has been removed. Because we used booking.com we couldn't move motels. But I will say Booking.com helped us out immediately when Baymont told us to leave at 9 pm because the dog they accepted barked. Overall Terrible service at Baymont Rude rude rude staff They gave us so much grief we ask them to come check our room at checkout to be sure we didn't get additional charges, Please note we are a retired, respectful couple that was trying to enjoy a few days with family on the area

Horrible customer service

The property is in good area, calm and enjoyable. everything about this hotel was at my highest satisfaction. good staff friendly housekeepers. I’ll definitely come back.
