Clean, mostly quiet, easy to access

Ideal location, near the freeway interchange, away from the road, so it was quiet. It's a newer building so everything is in very good condition. Comfortable bed, good mattress. Lots of restaurants and places nearby. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, the food was hot and there was a nice variety.

Don't know of anything.

The location for the breakfast was central and accessible. It was attractively arranged.

I was not impressed by the variety of breakfast foods available or by the tiny yoghurt containers

When the air conditioner was turned off there was a funky nasty smell in the room but when you turn the air conditioner back on the smell died down a little I alerted staff they seem not to care call the manager Valerie she was very nasty and didn’t seem to care I asked for her manager she just kept giving me the I HP phone number called there and could not get a hold of anybody and she knew that that’s why she gave me the number This facility is nice clean looking but needs to take care of that smell in room 203 management and leadership needs to get their act together and listen to the patient because she constantly kept talking over me when I try to explain to her what was going on so I get this facility a bad review due to her attitude

The breakfast buffett was decent. There was a nice variety of items available from which to choose. It was kept well stocked.

The air conditioner unit was execcively loud. It vibrated the entire floor, which in turn made the bed vibrate. There was no option on the AC controls to turn the entire unit off.

Problem with room cleaning. One of our rooms never got cleaned.
