Very clean! The sheets smelled amazing. Every inch of this hotel was spotless. Very nice hotel. We will be staying again.

We had to wait at the front desk a while to get bedding for the sofa bed.

Location was right between our event site and family's location.

The air conditioning did not work. Even after we told the staff and they told us it was "fixed" (faulty breaker on cord), it was not. We had to keep resetting the breaker every 5 minutes at the end of the day and open the window. Did not help because the road was noisy and it was humid. Upon checkout, the front desk clerk told us that the management couldn't do anything to compensate us on the bill because we had booked through a third-party site. The breakfast was missing a lot of items (coffee, milk, french toast, condiments, plates) and the staff member with really red hair told a guest who asked for more milk, "Yeah, I know!" I almost could not blame her for being gruff; she was all by herself taking care of everything in the breakfast area. She was running ragged.

The hotel was well kept and well run. We loved the room. It had everything we needed. The breakfast buffets were wonderful! We LOVED the location also, as close to our family and shopping. We will absolutely book here again!

this is the best breakfast of all the hotels we have ever stayed! absolutely wonderful!!! thank you. this location is convenient and very clean. the best night's sleep we have gotten in quite a while.

Dirty walls, holes in the extra blankets for pull out bed. 1 coffee mug, 2 plates, so many missing kitchen items. Filthy carpets in hallways, filthy ! Phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call downstairs, had to come down to ask for extra towels. No mention made of no maid service in the rooms just assumed after a couple of days there wasn’t any.

Breakfast was awesome, and the entire Hotel was very clean
