It was clean and smelled fresh. This was supposed to be my and my husbands honeymoon, but he was I’ll and I had a family function to attend so I came solo.

The pool room was closed. Wish the website had mentioned that.

Breakfast offering was great

Pillows too soft. Even the 'firm' labelled pillow. Combination of bedspread and sheet was not great. Need a blanket. Parking spaces were so small I had to letrally step across the car next to me. Lot was full so few options. Reservation through booking.com did not alert to pool closed. Shower was luke warm. The water was half coming out the spout rather than shower head.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite but they changed our room when we got there. We had already paid for the more expensive room but didn’t get any money back. There was hair in the shower, cereal in the pull out bed and dog food on the carpet. Breakfast was a joke. no milk, no juice, no meat and the waffle mix was so watery it didn’t work. There was just one man that I saw the whole time and he was interested in hustling or even pretending to provide basic service.

it was very loud at night. when we got there and walked into our room our tub was full of water, there were two bugs one in the toilet one on the floor. and our carpet in the room was soaking wet due to some maintenance issues. it also smelled mildewy in our room. and then when we went to the pool it smelled pretty bad too. got back from the pool to find another bug on the bathroom floor.

Upon arriving, there was a couple people that were hanging out in the parking lot and appeared to be pimping out/ prostituting and looking at all the cars in the parking lot. The room was not clean, housekeeping was rude, talked badly about other guests and cussed up and down the halls, refused to pick up the trash or dirty linens that guests put outside of door (because they don’t clean the rooms, we were there for 12 days and they did not clean our room once), under the ottoman there was crumbs and candy from the last guest. The pool was dirty with dead bugs, the hot tub was also dirty and not warm at all. half of the outlets went out and we didn’t have TV or power for those areas for 3 days, the shower was gross, you can tell they didn’t clean it, and the last 3 days we were there, the hot water went out. all of this was reported to customer service and we were told that the manager was supposed to call us in a couple of days to get a resolution, but they never called us. Also had issues with one of the girls at the front desk (night shift) hanging up on me when I was calling. I will never stay here again. I thought that due to this being in a nice area, that it would be a great stay, but I was so wrong.
