Staff, location, adaptability. The place was clean and the shared areas were comfortable.

Someone took some of my items from the common fridge. That is not the hostel's fault.

The porch and backyard are very lovely.

The pictures look a lot better than in person. the woman’s shower and bathroom could be better.

convenient location and very homey vibes. it felt like you were visiting family.

the small bed in our private suite had the bed frame facing outwards and we had to climb over the bed frame to get to the bed. it was like a crib for a baby. very uncomfortable in the middle of the night and couldn’t sit on the bed to put your shoes on

The staff was so friendly and super helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean.

Everything was good at the hostel just my roommates were a little noisy before bed time. But that wasn’t the hostel’s responsibility

great location, walkable to French quarter, safe area, friendly staff, has everything you need, comfy bed, ok for cleanliness but it si a shared hostile after all, i had a good quite experience at night while asleep, beautiful terrace and garden area, i wish i knew i had to bring my own lock for the locker, great staff/volunteers organize nightly events (dinners, karaoke, pub crawl). we had drinks and went for a night out on the town with 3 staff members very nice friendly and made my night. perfect for a solo traveler. breakfast good and generous.

location was good. People were very nice. The property was beautiful.

Breakfast was toast and processed meat and cheese product. There really should be something else included such as fruit or eggs, even if there are eggs available for guests to cook on their own.

Great Atmosphere and volunteers. French Quarter and Frenchman Street are close by.

The Homelike environment is Awesome!

Everything - breakfast, location, cleanliness... Maybe my lousy snoring roomate was not perfect, but that'a detail and different story Room was very nice. Even though it is dormitory but each bed has it's own little little (good enought for reading) and thing to charge so it makes things very comfortable and private

I didn’t stay for the entire reservation. I was accused of stealing and other miscellany by the Manager my second day. This ultimately caused me to get physically assaulted and detained by the local police and reservation canceled. I was promised a refund and that never happened so I am now in conflict Litigation and resolution. I could really use Some Help with this matter I didn’t intend to be homeless during this stay in New Orleans.
