Die Villa Margarita ist eine wunderschöne, luxuriöse Villa, die vor kurzem zu einem außergewöhnlichen Standard renoviert wurde. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend von Puerto Del Carmen, ist aber nur 10 - 15 Gehminuten von Stränden, Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Die Villa ist auch nur 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen oder einem 20-Euro-Taxi entfernt.

OMG what an absolute little gem. So much to say i dont know where to start.
When bookin the holiday the hosts Steve &Mags were fantastic at responding to every query.
On arrival at the villa, (10 mins from airport by taxi) it was superb. Immaculate and homely.
The sense of homeliness iv never witnessed in any other villa.
As the week went on, it was the villa that just kept giving. The beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on feathers....best sleep every nite. Even tje sunbeds were so comfortable.
Its so central, grocery shops very close by and a short stroll from the old town....this has been such a wonderful experience we have already booked to return next year again please God!! Highly highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful villa 5 min walk to Old Town, immaculate inside and out, private pool warm and patio area excellent! Villa well equipped and very clean well maintained. Lovely welcome pack which was a nice surprise, great communication and easy self check in. Thank you we will definitely stay again!

We stayed in Villa Margarita for 10 nights (15-25 October 2023). It is definitely the best we have stayed in and we book one every year. From the comfortable roomy living area to the fabulous pool and BBQ area and the convenience of having Lidl literally 2 minutes walk away we enjoyed every minute. The hosts Mags & Steve were very responsive to any query we had. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone. Lovely quiet residential area and less than €5 in taxi to the strip if you don’t feel like walking. The welcome pack was so thoughtful and instruction manual for every appliance was a wonderful help. Just returned from 10 days @ Villa Margarita and we had a wonderful time. The pictures don't do the villa justice. Very spacious. There is a lovely outside eating area which is shaded a lot of the day if you want to get out of the sun and Longers beside the pool which get sun most of the day. Bedrooms are a good side with plenty of storage and loads of hangers which is unusual. There is also a lovely balcony off the 2 double bedrooms which a lovely view of the sea. Good size bathroom with a powerful shower. There is a Lidl Just a 2 min walk from the villa which has everything you would need and its about 10 min walk to all the main bars and restaurants. the only small negative was the air con. It did get hot in the bedrooms as there is only one air con unit upstairs and it struggled to keep all 3 bedrooms cool. ( We did have temps of 38 though for a few days so that didn't help ). We would defiantly return to Villa Margarita in the future. We have even tried to book for next year and it already fully booked which we are not surprised about

This is a very spacious and well appointed villa. There is a nice outside area with a heated pool, BBQ and eating area, and we loved the upstairs balcony off two of the bedrooms - a lovely spot to hide away and read a book or for drinks and nibbles.
It is an easy walk to the harbour and old town and just across the road from a well stocked Lidl.
The owners were great with communication and couldn’t have been more helpful.
We had a lovely time here and thoroughly recommend!

Been to Lanzarote many times and stayed in Villas, Apartments and Hotels. Villa Margarita is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Villa just as described if not better. Everything so easy to use down to the great instructions left for the TV, cooker etc. location fantastic and just across the road from Lidl supermarket, however with the welcome pack we only needed to go once to top up on water. Beds very comfy and lots of wardrobe space. Just loved it all. Thank you very letting us stay in your lovely home and we’ll be checking for free dates to come back as soon as we can. Jill

Outstanding!
This was my third visit to Puerto del Carmen after two previous visits in Dec 2018 and Jan 2020 (just me and the wife in a small apartment). This time we required something a little larger as we were travelling with four other adults and a two year old child. Prior to booking we had considered several villas, but Villa Margarita ticked all the boxes.
Before our arrival on 16th Nov 2021, Steve and Mags sent us all the information required to find and access the villa without any fuss. We were immediately impressed with the layout and size of the villa. Steve and Mags have done an excellent job of making you feel right at home, and we had everything we could have needed and much more. We particularly liked that even the little things had been taken care of such as sewing kit (this was needed when my wife broke the zip on her bag), first aid kit (this was needed when my daughter fell off a scooter), bread, milk, cheese, ham, the list goes on and on. Steve and Mags had even left a birthday card and bottle of Cava for my wife as we had previously mentioned this holiday was for her 50th.
The three bedrooms are a good size and the beds incredibly comfortable. There are two bathrooms, a larger one upstairs with a bath/shower and a smaller one downstairs with a shower. We never had an issue with the hot water running out (as we have in the past) I would assume because of the huge water heater on the roof. The kitchen has all the facilities you need including cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Then there's the heated swimming pool which gave us all hours of fun. The pool was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay by Martin, and the bed linen and towels were replaced by Julie once during our stay, so I would like to extend a big thank you to Martin and Julie for that.
All in all, we have absolutely no complaints about our stay at Villa Margarita (and I'm a very hard person to please). There's a Lidl just over the road, Biosfera shopping centre just a short walk down the road, and it ain't a million miles away from the main strip/beach, probably equaly as close to the old town and Playa Chica.
Would we stay at Villa Margarita again? 110% YES! Our next visit to PDC is likely to be just me and the wife again, but if we do plan another family holiday, Villa Margarita will be top of the list! Thanks for everything Steve and Mags.

A fantastic villa, perfect in every way
We all made use of the lovely heated pool every day, which has sun all day long. The villa was so comfortable and kitted out with every home comfort you could wish for. We enjoyed lounging on the upper terrace in the evening. Lidl was so convenient for fresh pastries on the patio every day. Then 10 minutes walk into Old Town.
We are like kings all week by following many of the owners recommendations. Lunch in Cafe Ola overlooking the sea, pizza was lovely. Dinner in Sebastyans - best steak of the holiday and amazing view we felt like movie stars! The friendliest service & fantastic food from My Kitchen by Julius in Old Town, Burger with a wow factor in Good Old Days (and more stunning views). Best classy Italian at Casa Del Parmigiana.
We are already planning our return and can’t praise it enough.

Our first time staying in a Villa
We had never stayed in a villa before, always booked hotel but with covid and having a 17month old along with a 9 year old we thought it would be best to book a villa to give us more space. We had never booked one before and didn't know what to expect.
Our transfer from the airport knew exactly where the villa was and even showed us where to get the key! The villa is right across the road from Lidl and only a walk into the old town and a further walk into new town. We walked in and out every day. No need for a car or a taxi!
We couldn't fault the villa at all. The pool got cleaned every few days, lady called to change bedding but our little one was asleep so at our request she left the bedding and we changed it ourselves and she returned to collect the used bedding the following day. There's any amount of towels, pool toys, cutlery, mugs, classes and a washing machine. We really couldn't fault this place at all, Steve and Mags were very good at answering any questions we had before we left and when we arrived. We even met their neighbours across the road. It's a lovely quite location. We had a lovely time and will find it hard next year to try and find a villa in another country up to the same standard. I cannot believe our stay is over already. We had an amazing time and really appreciated the late checkout.

Amazing villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Margarita.
Steve & Mags have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. We had planned our holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday and on arrival as well as a selection of ‘essentials’ - tea, coffee, eggs, milk we found a card and bottle of wine for the birthday boy’ which was such a thoughtful touch.
The pool area is amazing and heated which was handy in February!
The villa is far enough away from the centre to avoid lots of noisy nightlife but not too far to walk either into the old town or along the main beach road where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
Steve and Mags answered any questions we had almost immediately and the check in instructions and directions were extremely clear. There are clear instructions for all appliances and recommendations for days out, restaurants etc which we found really helpful.
We cannot recommend this villa highly enough for either couples or families and we will certainly be looking to stay again on our next visit to Lanzarote.

A Truely Lovely Villa
Villa Margarita is a really lovely Villa and really does show a level of care and attention to detail rarely found. We enjoyed our time there immensely.
It really does have everything you could possibly want, or ever need during your stay. Everything has been thought of, from bags to carry your shopping home, to even a shoe horn. Literally all the little things you could possibly think of, or usually need to buy yourself are supplied. A great selection of books, music, films and games is a available. The welcome pack is a nice touch containing a good selection to get you up and running.
The pool is a good size for having fun and cooling off. Also a nice warm temperature and our boys made good use of it and the pool toys. The outside space is nice and has the sun all day.
The decoration and way the property is maintained is excellent. The local property manager and his wife are lovely helpful people and take very good care of the place. They even offered to help us when we had a medical problem. They kindly offered to take us to a clinic in Tias should we need it. Thankfully we didn't after all.
Location is good and not really that far from the old town or new if your walking. Taxi's are cheap and plentiful and will come directly to the villa if you call them. There is a local bus stop nearby should you prefer to use local transport. Of course Lidil is just across the road and super handy, but two other supermarkets and a farmacia are only a few minutes walk away.
Two really nice places we found that were recommended by Steve and Megs in there villa guide were Cafe Orla off the strip which has wonderful views. In the old town La Taberna De Nino is a lovely charming restaurant with excellent food and was our favorite.
Again Villa Margarita is lovely base for you holiday and one you'll be hard pressed to better.

From the initial enquiry through to the holiday I cannot fault a single thing. Steve always replied promptly and went out of his way to give advice before our holiday.
As for the villa itself WOW! The standard has been set high for future holidays.
The villa is well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need, it was clean, Martin kept the pool clean & was extremely friendly & informative and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
We tried out some of the restaurants Steve recommended within the welcome pack & couldn’t find fault.
The location was perfect for us with a good selection of supermarkets & a really nice coffee bar opposite Lidl. We only got taxis back to the villa on two occasions as it was in walking distance to the beaches, restaurants in the new & old area & the shopping centre. We have children aged 12 & 8 not once did they complain about the walk, get bored or constantly ask what were we doing, they felt at home in the villa & LOVED the pool.
If we were to go back to Lanzarote I would not hesitate to book the villa again.
The only downside was we had to come home! I could not have asked for more & the memories we made as a family whilst staying in the villa are ones we all will treasure.

We stayed here in 2017 and were looking forward to coming back. The property is easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beach with lots to entertain children. The villa is very well equiped and well kept. The pool is maintained regularly and is really clean, as is the villa itself. We hired a car but it is not needed. A taxi to and from the airport is really cheap and you can walk to most places. Great wifi for those that need it. My favourite addition is the sofa on the upstairs balcony. Thanks for another great stay, would highly recommend.

Just perfect
We have just returned home after our 3rd year in a row staying here. We have already booked for next year. I wish we could stay there indefinitely! The villa has absolutely everything you need for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of my favourite times of the day is evening time when it's still warm and just relaxing in the pool. The area is lovely and quiet but still close enough to everything. The owners are so nice to deal with from booking to arrival they are available to answer any questions. When at the villa Martin who is the caretaker is very pleasant and will help rectify any issue. Although in 3 years touch wood there has never been anything more than a general power outage which meant we needed help restarting the WiFi and satellite. I cannot recommend this villa enough although I need to stop spreading the word or I might find there is no availability for me to book!!!

Family Holiday
We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful Spacious Villa in a quiet residential area. Fantastic location with great shopping amenities close by and a short walk to the beach and the Old Town. We all loved the fabulous pool and outside garden/sun terrace area. There are 3 good sized double bedrooms and the veranda just off the bedroom was my favourite spot to relax and enjoy the sea view! Home from home with everything you need in this well stocked and equipped Villa. Beach towels a plus! Welcome pack a very nice touch on arrival as was the very useful information pack provided - so much to explore. We were sad to leave but we will be back!

Highly highly recommend Villa Margarita!
From the point of our enquiry, everything has been an absolute pleasure. The villa itself is truly amazing . Immaculate, well kept, and every little detail has been considered. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise, the pool and outside area is really lovely (the Astro is a wonderful touch!), and villa itself spacious and beautiful. We could totally relax for our week.
The owners, Steve and Mags Park, are hugely helpful and accommodating too. It’s a perfect, peaceful location, however a nice stroll from the old town, front, beach, everything really!
We totally loved every bit of our stay at Villa Margarita and hope to visit again next year .

Another brilliant holiday
Love this place, firstly owners are great to deal with. Welcome supplies are the best I have experienced.
Villa is immaculate and really is a home from home.
It has everything for you to enjoy a relaxing break.
Location is excellent (2 min walk from Lidl) centrally placed to allow an easy stroll to both the Old and New town areas within the resort.
Pool area is spotless and surrounded with artifical grass, safe for kids and old ones alike.
WiFi and excellent TV package, only issue I have is that I have to wait till next Sept to go back (Already booked up ).

Just perfect
This is our 2nd year staying at this villa. We have booked again for next year. When you find a gem like this it's hard to move away from it. Everything you want or need is provided. We have 2 kids as part of our group of 6. They were so excited to come back they raced in the door to see was the welcome pack there and then straight to the pool. I have to say it's a home away from home. Looking forward to next year already. We cannot recommend it enough!

Home from home
We stayed here in July for 18 days we could easily have stayed for much longer totally loved the place. This is the best equipped villa we have been in, a lot of thought has gone into the equipment available it lacked nothing you could possibly need. The lounge is very comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi connections as was the comfortable balcony upstairs with the lovely rattan furniture and views. My husband was impressed with the amount of tv channels available which was great as we didn't feel guilty taking off on a shopping trip we knew he could amuse himself if he wasn't out in the pool. The beds had a fab mattress which made for a great night sleep. The location is perfect two minute walk to lidls and ten minutes to bisophera shopping mall. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We also found the information pack very useful and visited the restaurants recommended and were not disappointed in any of them. We couldn't fault a thing from the minute we booked the owners have taken great care to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend this villa to family and friends.

Excellent Villa
This villa is the best we have experienced. It is spacious and well appointed with good attention to detail. Outside area has full sun or shade at all times of the day depending on what you prefer. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. The Local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and the information pack was very useful for restaurant recommendations which were as good as promised. A pleasant surprise was the welcome pack which was much appreciated after a late flight. We fully relaxed in the quiet residential neighbourhood and would highly recommend to friends and family. We will stay again.

Fantastic home from home Villa - will definitely return!
You will not be disappointed with this Villa, it is exactly as described and in a great location.
From when we arrived everything was so easy, the instructions that we had were perfect and the welcome pack was an added bonus. I must add that the folder the owners had left was invaluable, it had recommendations for days out and restaurants, of which we tried most of, in particular the Italian and the steakhouse were 10/10!
The pool is perfect, we had 3 children aged between 5-12 and they were in it all day (and some nights!) but we had the added bonus of coming inside when it got too hot. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.
I would certainly return to this Villa and hope to do so next year, thanks again Steve and Mags.

Fabulous holiday in PDC - usually visit Playa Blanca 3 X a year - this was a very pleasant change
Villa was great - excellent location - Waterbus to Peurto Calero and Rancho Texas wonderful days out - review would have been 5 stars but we found the pool to be on the small side and rather cool (Martin sorted out the temperature), men working directly outside the villa (I know you have no control over this) and barking dogs (again we appreciate this is outwith your control). All in all a memorable first visit to Puerto Del Carmen - thank you!
