Breakfast was good.

The room was cramped. The tv didn’t work properly and even after I told someone about it nothing happened.

The room was very cute! It had wonderful touches! I loved that we could easily walk to Duval and the surrounding areas. There were great restaurants close by, too.

The room was quite small but it worked just fine.

Everything you need in a room, yes they are small rooms and yes using the shower can be a bit of a struggle, but you know that before you arrive so no surprises. Upstairs rooms are great we had a south facing upstairs, they provide a few tables/ chairs to sit out on the balcony.. so we nabbed one for outside our room... Bike hire was excellent easy way to get around Loved the breakfast great selection and breakfast tea for Brits.... well done.. One of the best we had on our Florida tour Bucksfizz provided in morning if your that way inclined Location is brilliant your minutes from main street..

Yes parking is a pain in the backside... so if you want no pain put your hand in your pocket for $20/$25? per night and use theirs...Book in advance they only have 4 spaces.. We didn't ... but we were lucky to find a space just 2 blocks away.. and I mean we were lucky... Apart from that.. what's not to like????

Great little place in a good location, only 5 minutes walk from Duvall Street in the middle of Old Town. We wasn’t really expecting much of a breakfast but there was a few things laid out on a help yourself basis & was more than enough choice for what we wanted. The rooms were on the small side but we knew that when we booked it so wasn’t disappointed & the beds were elevated so there was room for the cases to go underneath. The room was very clean & they made the best of the space available. I would definitely stay there again if we was in the area.

The air conditioning was very noisy but would have rather had it than not. Our sink was in the bedroom & limited floor space to move around but again we knew this so could cope for 3 nights. We did need to be tidy & organised to make the space work for us.

First trip to Key West so we booked a hotel central for a three-night stay. Location was very good (two blocks from Duval Street) but the size of the room was very bad. I understand these things are always a trade-off but $650 for a three-night stay for essentially one room (containing a bed, with practically no room for anything else) was excessive. The breakfast was acceptable and the honour bar was a good touch. But the room was incredibly cramped and we wouldn't stay there again for that reason.

Price way too high for one cramped room.

The location is great. Three great restaurants close by

parking is a premium. I highly recommend reserving a parking space

I really enjoyed the breakfast area, and the complimentary mimosa and continental breakfast with coffee. It was very tasty and the breakfast area is really cute. We had a small room that was just the perfect size for me and my sister. Exactly what we needed. The staff was all great and nice and helpfu. l my new place to stay whenever I go back to Key West

Check in went well. Window air con pretty loud in small room but expected.

Super TINY room. small wardrobe ok, but took up floor space. A wall mounted shelf and closet system would allow for more floor space to walk possibly?

All staff were exceptionally friendly! The ladies in in the office were amazing;) the room was very clean and set up with everything you would need. The coupons were a nice touch. Thanks for everything!
