The price was right. I had searched for a low-price place to stay while I visited with friends and did not expect much. The name Executive Inn seemed attractive. Hot water was INSTANT! There was a working fridge and coffee maker.

Neither sink nor tub had a stopper, so couldn't fill the wash basin or take a bath! The faucets had black residue around them. I requested them to be cleaned and they WERE. I was impressed with that. No hangers.

It was air conditioned and the refrigerator worked.

It wasn't clean - the bathtub was filthy, the shower curtain was moldy, and the water pressure was bad. The furniture was falling apart. No wifi was available although they advertise that it is and is free. Also it was NOT pest free - there were roaches. One of the main lights was not working. There was no luggage stand or hangers in the closet (which was filthy). There were no outlets in the bathroom for use of a hair dryer or curling device. The office indicated that the room would be accessed for cleaning every day (mandatory). However, the linens were not changed and the bathroom waste basket wasn't emptied.

It was cheaper than others.

The refrigerator didn't work. Cooled to 65 degrees at best. Bedspread had burn holes in it.

Check in at night window is outside so basically froze to death waiting on paper work to get room.. heat on ac didn't work at all was very very cold those 2 night my family stayed there. I was with my little girl also cause she was having surgery and the men house keeping was basically sitting there watching me while I got my stuff in my truck when they could of waiting around somewhere else I honestly would like a refund of my money because it really wasn't good stay at all
