beautiful house and the pool heat actually worked great!

house needed a fair amount of tlc for minor issues

I love everything about the place the house was spacious, clean, and just a great place we will most definitely be back best experience hands down.

The kitchen isn’t stocked with enough bowls, dishes, utensils, glasses, hot pads, dish towels, scissors etc for a family of 22 like we are and the knives are very dull. Bring your own items if you want to have meals for everyone at the house.

There was no breakfast offered

Fixed blinds, provide more wash cloths and towels. Update washing machine and pool sticks for pool table.

Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and freshly sanitized. Our flight came in early & they worked with us on checking in early! Our car pass and welcome packet were waiting on us at the front gate! The pool was heated on arrival and we could adjust the temp of the hot tub to our liking. With cool evenings, we really enjoyed having the hot tub toasty! We were a large group of 22! There was plenty of space for everyone and early risers didn’t wake up those that slept in because the rooms were quiet and separated enough to help keep sound down. The beds were comfortable. Our AC and heater worked. Due to the fluctuation in weather (33 degrees to 75 this week) we needed both. The sliding door was thick and heavy keeping children from opening it on their own but if they got outside the pool gate/screen kept them out of the pool. It could only be opened by adults. We loved this feature! Washer/dryer/vacuum/coffee pot/crock pot/ ice maker— all worked well and having two refrigerators downstairs and a mini fridge/bar upstairs was so helpful! We had an issue with a side rail not clicking into place on a pack and play. I notified management and very quickly a man showed up with a new one. We felt very well taken care of and attended to through out our whole week. From my youngest grandson to my 85 year old mother... you get 5 stars from all 22 of us! Thank you!

The house was nice and spacious. Having a pool right there with the house was nice. The Jacuzzi could of be hotter. The resort pool was nice.
