サンタモニカビーチに近く、近隣にショッピングセンターや食事のできる場所がたくさんあった。 ２泊しかしなかったが、この間、車を出すこともなくビーチや周辺施設でのんびりすることができた。 フロントやパーキング、ハウスキーピング等のスタッフが親切で助かった。

朝食会場が非常にせまく、立って食べている人もいた。

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu blisko plaży we w miarę spokojnej okolicy. Bezpieczny parking choć slabo oznakowany. Ładny i duży pokój. Czysto. Dostępna cały czas kawa i herbata.

Jak na tak wysoka cene hotelu śniadanie słabej jakości. Nie ma gdzie usiąść. Ciągle czegoś brakowało na śniadaniu.

I like the distance it is to the beach very convenient.

I do not like the price of the stay because the beds are extremely uncomfortable my back still hurts specially because I drove thousands of miles to go sleep on top of a rock.

Quarto com cama confortável, excelente localização, muito perto de lojas, restaurantes e do Pier de Santa Mônica. Café da manhã bom.

Estacionamento muito caro! Para 4 dias pagamos mais de 200 dólares. A região a noite é um pouco perigosa, muitos moradores de rua, não recomendo andar a pé.

We were greeted very warmly by Darlene on reception. She was always friendly and helpful during our stay. We loved our spacious king room with distant water views. Buffet breakfast was good. We didn’t have a car and made great use of the close by public transport.

The location is very good - 5min from 3rd street and the shopping Center; less than 10min from the Pier. The bed was very comfortable, quiet area (except the train). Just in front of the hotel you can rent a bike.

May be because of the building construction, you can hear very loudly the steps from the room above you. It’s like elephants are running upstairs.

for the money that was paid for four days... $1,800 the breakfast was very unsatisfactory, so much that I wont go again if it remains that.. I would if the breakfast was good. Unappetising .... basic beyond belief. No quality.. No bacon for breakfast... the only satisfactory element was it's bakery... yet bread is cheap.. Also, for that price plastic cutlery and plates is disappointing.. I was inclined to go elsewhere..

Staff was super helpful. Safe bet hotel for you compared to other options in the city.

Breakfast was not supreme and area was quite crowded in the mornings but that's totally fine.

Nous avons loué deux chambres double queen bed. Les chambres assez grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner continental était bon et assez varié.

Les cambres que nous avons eu étaient à côté du carrefour et des feux de circulation mais aussi du dépôt de trams. Les arrêts et redémarrage des voitures et les passages de trams ont fait du bruit jusqu’à très tard le soir et très tôt le matin. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi à cause des ces deux problèmes. Nous avons eu aussi un problème avec la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le débit d’eau ne nous permettait pas de nous rincer correctement. À la fin de notre séjour, nous avons mentionné les conditions de notre séjour et n’avons eu aucune compensation pour les désagréments. Dernière point, le parking n’est pas compris dans le prix et le service de voiturier est facturé 60 dollars pour une nuitée. L’emplacement de Santa Monica n’est vraiment plus comme avant. Beaucoup de sans abris non violent mais assez impressionnant dans des délires très bruyant. Mais cela dépend pas l’hôtel. Pour le séjour, ce n’était pas un bon rapport qualité / prix.

L’emplacement, les équipements de l’hôtel ( piscine jacuzzi salle de sport) , la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner …

La proximité avec la ligne de métro qui est un peu bruyante

Kamers zijn ruim, netjes en de accomodatie is prima verzorgd.

De prijs kwaliteit is niet helemaal optimaal. Hotel is aan de dure kant maar dat zal ook met de gunstige locatie te maken hebben. Ontbijt is redelijk maar op zich prima.

Location was close to pier but noisy as it is close to metro station. Good and bad… close to shops and beach.

Noisy room location unfortunately, staff was not super friendly or welcoming. Had an issue with a disturbance from room next door and my complaint was handled quite rudely. Poor breakfast area that was continuously out of items. Employee protest going on inside lobby during checkout and hotel had no way of allowing guests to circumvent picket line and was also awakened by planned union protest out front at 6:30 am with no warning or compensation from hotel.

La proximité avec le pier de Santa Monica, l hôtel présente bien dans un style contemporain. Le service avec un valet pour la voiture est super appréciable dans cet endroit bien busy… le personnel est super sympathique.

Des grèves en cours devant les établissements Hilton donc des 7 h du mat c’était vuvuzela et compagnie mais la direction de l établissement sont les premières victimes sinon RAS

Limpeza dos quartos. Combinei dos quartos serem limpos dia sim, dia não. Não foi limpo em nenhum dia. A vizinhança tem muitos moradores de rua e as vezes alguns tem reações que nos assustam.

The walls and floors are very thin so you hear everything from the rooms around you. The aircon unit is very loud. When we were there we used paper plates and plastic utensils in the breakfast room. This felt so cheap and nasty. The breakfast options were passable but not worth the price. It would've been better to go somewhere in town. There were eggs left in my fridge from the previous guest, or maybe the one before that. There was also a strike on by local staff. This group made an enormous amount of noise from about 7am waking my daughter and I up. They also walked around inside the hotel during breakfast and afterwards, again making an enormous amount of noise. It was an uncomfortable stay. I fully defend the right of staff to mobilise and take this sort of action but the hotel, if they were genuinely interested in the guest experience and value for money, should have offered us a discount. Despite making it clear the experience was not very good, and certainly not to the usual Hilton-associated standard, they did not offer a discount. Next time we will stay elsewhere

Un receptionist in particolare era poco gentile nel rispondere quando ho richiesto la fattura del soggiorno.

Tout,l'emplacement très proche de Santa Monica pier,la propreté, le confort de la literie, l'équipement des chambres, le bon petit déjeuner,piscine et jacuzzi en prime.

Accueil pas top alors qu’il y avait une panne informatique ne nous permettant pas d’avoir les clés de notre chambre . Tarif du parking excessivement cher. Sans abris tout autour de l’hôtel. Et pour finir en 2024 il serait peut être temps de passer à de la vaisselle réutilisable et non en plastique (dans les chambres, au petit déjeuner).

Close to the pier

The room was ready around 1:30pm, which was really nice. The location was really good. It is just about 10-15 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier. There is a mall just 2,3 blocks away. The room was clean, I liked that it was hard wood and not carpet and breakfast was good. The valet parking is also nice.

Even though the valet parking was nice, I just think that it is a bit too expensive. There should be a daily parking nearby where guests can self park and not too expensive. Also I think that the beds are too small and that they are not Queen Beds, but Double beds.

Buenas instalaciones , buen desayuno. Habitaciones cómodas.

La atención de Matt fue terrible, hombre racista con los hispanos, llegue a las 2:00 pm y no me quiso dar la habitación, tampoco la dirección del Wi-Fi. Luego cambió el turno y la siguiente persona me atendió y me dio la habitación. La zona es un poco peligrosa, las puertas del hotel las mantienen cerradas todo el tiempo por seguridad. Si vas a hospedarte con niños este no es el mejor lugar. Indigentes alrededor y mucho ruido para descansar.

Si bien las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, se escucha todo de la otra habitación. Si te tocan bebes o niños es Muy mala experiencia. Me paso que en la habitación del lado escuchaban música hasta tarde y el hotel me cambio de habitación, pero luego en l otra habitación me tocaron unos niños gritones. 😔
