Location both to the area & the room itself is right off the elevator (when it was available), near beach access, & near the trash chute. Loved having an uncrowded private beach.

There are roaches in the kitchen all around & in the stove (I talking inside the clock of the stove). There is black mold in the main shower & the ceiling of both bathrooms. We didn’t see any roaches until our 3rd or 4th day. Saw 5 (including the two in the stove clock). One elevator was down. The others was overworked & often unavailable for several days of our stay so we walked 4 flights of stairs. The owners need to let the renters use their assigned parking spot. Several owner spots open while the renter lot was completely full. Ridiculous.

Perfect location

The view was perfect. The location to the beach made it amazing. My 3 year old woke up every morning and went straight to the balcony.

The parking was kind of far with two kids.

Access to beach was awesome and was not to crowded despite being an 8 floor condo. Was the reason we chose the property. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. View was awesome. Would highly recommend to a friend.

The chair and umbrella rental/usage was confusing and there was no clear information in regards to chairs/umbrellas in the booking or in the information in the room. For $3000 it seems we would get the Chairs included and not have to pay another $43 per day for two chairs and an umbrella. We have stayed at other properties in Florida and this was the most jacked up chair arrangement I have seen. Especially when the chair boy comes stolling buy and demands his money while he stands there and looks at you. Kinda felt like I was being robbed at the beach. Additionally the parking was jacked. The booking says we got two parking spots. Luckily we just had one car, but we still had to park in the grass each night. Lastly the traffic in and around Destin is awful. Might have been the time of year we went, but 30 minutes to go 3 miles is harsh.

Best location in destin will stay at pelican beach again. RealJoy people were the best have ever dealt with keep you informed about everything moved me from mainsail to pelican bay condos when the first hurricane hit Everything was great I highly recommend real joy My trip insurance was not but $55 for four days thanks again real joy
