Breakfast was good. Some really good pastries. Location was excellent. Quiet place. I will stay here again.

Absolutely nothing they should be out of business..
The whole experience was a nightmare staff was very rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t aloud to stay even after booking online and getting a confirmation, then was told me and mY 3 babies couldn’t even sit in parking lot to find another room online and it was 2am and I was in a town I’m not from so he made me leave to drive around in a place I didn’t know and was we was scared it was a nightmare.

The sheets were clean and the bed was okay.
Spiders in the bathroom, floor was dirty, TV remote would not work. Overall it was a dirty hotel

I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the manager was very accommodating and pleasant. The price was excellent for the size of the room. I woke up around 3:00 a.m. and went outside for a cigarette and found my door handle had broken when I closed it. I went to the office and the manager came to my room immediately and fixed the door in a few minutes.
I went to breakfast my first morning only to find out they were out of coffee and we're not making any more. Their selection was limited to cereal cold pastries and fruit with coffee milk and juice offered. It was disappointing to find out they did not have regular creamer either. Only French vanilla and Hazelnut. And I don't like either one of them.
It would have been nice to have more than one set of towels.
And it would have been even nicer to have had a coffee maker in the room. Management states that they have it at breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. every morning but we don't all wake up during those hours. So when I woke up at 10:00 a.m. on my first morning I had to go over to the convenience store and purchase coffee because breakfast was over at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. .

Really likes the location. The room was nice and it is a great value.
The pool isn't up, and that was a great selling point when I was looking for a place to stay.

The hotel is a little older but the staff is great and the rooms are clean. I stay here every time I am in Stillwater. It is well worth the money.
There is nothing i don't like about this place. If you want a 5 star hotel then pay for one. Great stay for the money.

I liked that we could bring our fur babies for small fee and the hotel was quiet and the staff was nice
the bathroom was pretty dirty had hair in shower drain and toilet seat was old and stained the bed dipped in the center but it was soft

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good coffee. Can't wait to check out the indoor pool next visit.

Location was close to getting back onto the highway
The room was freezing, the bathroom sink drain stop was broken and wouldn't stay open, the toilet valve wouldn't close and had to be closed manually, add the shower curtain feel down while I was taking my shower.

the heater was so loud you couldn’t sleep. the bed spread was nasty looking on the underneath side. you could see daylight under the door. 2 very small pillows. you couldn’t hear the tv for the noise the heater made. won’t go back!!!

Beware of this place. Please pay an extra 20$ and go to one of the hotels in Stillwater. There is a cockroach infestation. When I approached the cashier about it and I wasn’t asking for a refund I was just mentioning that there’s a problem he told me that what I’m saying isn’t true. That was very disrespectful because I know what I saw and had to deal with and so know I’m not the type to make a huge deal but some people might really freak out if they saw 7 roaches and had to kill them during a 1 night stay. go to this motel at your own risk.
