I liked the shower and the location.

Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke throughout our stay. The floor was dirty between the beds in room 611. The room had only one painting on the walls and seemed very institutional. Not much furniture. Really, it barely met our needs. In-room coffee was not good.

Modern decor but nice vibes. Gave free lavender bags on our first night in the lobby for calming sleep. Room is nice, minimalistic. Bar manager was really nice and helped supply us a wine opener and glasses when we asked, even though we didn’t purchase wine in their bar. Location is right next to the Reds Stadium and only a couple blocks from Bengals stadium, plus right off the river. Good location. Elegant hotel.

They allowed us to check in early with one room to store out bags and equipment. The staff are super friends and super efficient

I was the main person that booked 4 x bedrooms for my team. All the names got mixed up plus they charged me for the other rooms drinks when I didn't have anything (over $40 worth).

Location was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really nice. The whole place had a really good vibe.

The bartender at the hotel bar (near the front desk) was not friendly and was clearly annoyed when people came in from the rooftop bar for a final drink.

location on Riverfront- clean modern perfect location. staff is incredible. message in room asking if we enjoyed concert along with snacks. Amazing touch. lavender sachets near elevator for a good nights sleep. Light breakfast perfect

We didn't have breakfast but used the hotel rooftop and bars. Very nice accommodations. Alos, I want to give a huge shoutout to to the valet team. They worked pretty hard getting everyone's cars out timely all weekend.

More options in drinks offered in the hotel snack area. Not really a complaint just comment.

Didn't know anything about breakfast. Went out for breakfast. The room was excellent. The views were amazing! Loved the balcony!

Pillows were too soft, and sunk in. Loose tiles on the balcony floor. Dirty floor beside the bed.

Saturday breakfast didn’t meet the standard of Fridays. Didn’t realise breakfast was available till 11

my VP was told we would get a discounted price because of the volume of people we brought with us. we just had to pay the price and it would be fixed when we arrived. i got there and they gave me two drink vouchers instead. i asked the manager at the desk any two drinks. the manager said yes as long as it is from one of our two bars. so i went to the roof and ordered one drink the bar tender said it wasn't enough for the drink i ordered ended up giving her both drink vouchers for that one drink then left with my friends and had drinks around the corner. i also had to give them my debit card on arrival just incase i used anything in my room. like why isn't the water free in the room. most hotels even have a coffee pot in the room with bottles of water and pods to use. then it charged .02 and 20.00 to my account. it took the 20.00 off only.

Property was clean, the location was great with plenty of things to do within walking distance or a short drive away.

There are no microwaves in the rooms. For the cost of the room it would be nice to be able to heat up leftovers if needed.
