Location, size of the room.

1. The air conditioner was very loud and blew directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep the first night. We had to turn it off during the subsequent nights, which made the room very stuffy. 2. Overall, the room was clean, but there were dark hairs all over the floor. 3. The staff was mostly polite, but on the day of checkout, there was a very rude woman at the reception. I lowered my rating mainly because of her rude behavior. Overall, the price/quality ratio does not match.

The location is fantastic. The rooms/beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The hallways and entry were very hot and humid. The floor in the room could have been a bit cleaner

Game room was unusable. Pictures on the website are several years old. We were asked about having housekeeping twice in a four day stay. Great, but one of our rooms didn't get anything so I had to go to the lobby at 11 pm and beg for towels.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Your front desk agent 'Jewel' was aloof and she presented as being annoyed. Upon check-in my room was.next to the elevator. I asked if I could change the room and was bluntly told my room was assigned and all other rooms were filled. Later, I felt like an interruption when I asked for toilet tissue and creamer. She drummed her nails on the counter and tried to rush me along. You're in the hospitality business. People remember how you make them feel.

Loved the location of this property. It was close to shopping and the theatre district. Will definitely stay at this property again the next time I visit the beautiful city of Chicago.
