I loved pretty much everything about it. it was older than I pictured so things like the drain in the bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper, and there was hard water buildup around the faucets and shower head. Just needed to be cleaned better I think, but all in all the condo was nice. the sofa could be replaced. it’s not that comfy. definitely needs new throw pillows. The bed pillows need replacing too. the extra pillows in the closet were all stained and gross. I didn’t touch those. it sounds like I didn’t like it but I really did! It’s just little things that I thought would be better quality and nicer weren’t. the view of the ocean made up for everything. That sunset view every night was magical. Free parking and wifi also a huge plus!

I mentioned stuff above…. all kind of minor considering it had a full kitchen and a view to die for…. but I do wish there was enough toilet paper to last the full 8 days I was there!! I had to buy toilet paper and the smallest package I could find was 12 rolls! so I basically furnished the next several guests with toilet paper! Guests should not have to buy TP!

The location is great. We had a car, so were driving to many places we wanted to see. But even without a car this is a great place, superb views over the ocean. The beds were comfortable (also the sofa bed). Some of the interior is dated but still overall excellent value for money.

There is not much wardrobe space. This could be helped by 3 cheap "hanging" shelves you can get for a couple of bucks, e.g. at IKEA to hang inside the wardrobe so that there is more space for folded up clothes rather than only space for coat hangers. You are probably fine with just two people as there is also a chest of drawers. But once you are more people, it gets tight. It definitely needs a new air dryer for wet laundry/beach stuff.

Blankets, sheets, and towels were not very clean (one towel had embedded hairs and light stains on towels, sheets, and blankets). Some utensils were also not clean.

The condo is very clean and the check-in instructions are very clear and easy. Location is perfect, beachfront and is close to everything. We enjoyed the stay.

We loved the ocean front view, close proximity to everything, and the communication was great and much appreciated prior to and during our visit. There were plenty of cookware for all our needs and we loved the kitchen.

We didn’t realize the washer and dryer weren’t in the room. It ended up being fine, but it was a disappointing realization and wasn’t clear when booking the room. The room setup was a little weird having the bed right when you walk in, but overall, we liked everything else!

The location was superb and the view was incredible. The kitchen was fine but with very minimal and basic amenities. The rental agency was good enough to let us check in early and very responsive on check in.

The a/c unit was too small too cool the whole unit and that combined with the really deep foam of the mattress made the bed at the front [away from the window and facing the hallway] much too hot to sleep. We tried putting a large fan into the hallway to blow the air back to the bedroom from the balcony and the air conditioner unit but it was unbearable and we both had to sleep on the pullout.At home on Oahu I hate air conditioning and much prefer the wind, but there are super tiny windows off the hallway directly into the bedroom [think of a motel] so we could only get air flow by leaving the hallway door open which felt creepy at night.I advised the rental agency but heard nothing back.
