Great location across from Charley Young Beach. We'll equipped condo, great to have 2 bathrooms. Very walkable location with restaurants and beaches close by. Would highly recommend this condo!

Excellent location near Kihei beach. Easy access to shopping, groceries etc. Free reserved parking right next to apartment entrance! Well stocked apartment with plenty in the kitchen as well as beach towels and chairs. Good communication from the management.

The entire apartment definitely can do with a thorough cleaning - floor and bathroom areas were grimy. Closets smelled very musty. Had to wear slippers to prevent our feet soles from turning “black”! The refrigerator was also unclean with hair and grime. Had to wipe it down before using.

The location was great. All the facilities were clean from condo to the pool. Staff was very nice.

The master bedroom would not cool down enough. We slept on sofa bed because it was cooler.

Centrally located. Great view. Close to the pool. Close to great food options and shopping. 4 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to the grocery store. 10 minute drive to Wailea plush shopping. Property well maintained. The pool is cleaned everyday! The unit is clean and smells good. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Parking is very close to the unit. Friendly neighborhood. WiFi is strong. Beach supplies included. Washer and dryer is quiet. The check in code is a convenient process.

The master needs an air conditioner. The second bedroom needs a tv. The twin beds aren’t comfy for an adult but they’ll do.

The location was nice. The kids enjoy the pool.

When we first arrived I thought there was a desk that will help us to get into the apartment. But instead it we needed a code to get in the apartment. I didn’t receive an email for the code to get in. I try calling the property manager and message the manager but no reply at all because they mention the next day when they finally answer it was July 4 they were close.I finally called the after hour emergency number and he was able to help us to get in. When we finally got in the place smell like someone just cook some fried fish. The tv in the master bedroom is useless because it didn’t have no cable box. The next day I got a call from the property manager and I mention about the smell and the tv in the bedroom. She couldn’t do anything about the cable but was able to drop off some Lysol and air freshener. Thank you for your concern.
