The bed was excellent, linens great, shower was very good

Was locked out of the room several times, required calling for help, which took an hour each time. Living room couch and chair terribly uncomfortable. No DVD player as promised.

Close to the beach, met the owner and he was friendly.

The TV was hard to navigate. Was not able to figure it out.

The proximity to everything was awesome! Dog friendly and very clean. Access to laundry was nice too. I would stay here again for a short trip with the dogs.

Not clear instructions for lock box to laundry- had to reach out to Booking.com It was very clean, however the shower drained slowly and I did notice what looked like maybe some mold above the shower. Nothing that ruined our stay.

Location to the beach and shops was good.

Advertised as sleeps 4. Well, there was only one upstairs bedroom with one bed, and the only bathroom was upstairs - 15 steps. Not convenient for seniors or disabled. Inside the only bathroom it smelled like strong mildew. I had to call and get the shower curtain replaced. Which they did. The windowsills as you went upstairs was noticeably covered with cobwebs. The vinyl futon (only place to sit downstairs) was hard and converted to a bed, hard to sleep on. Definitely does not sleep 4 well! There was no dining table, had to use TV trays. The cleaning products were cheap. Paper towels looked like recycled paper. Parking was tight and a 12-digit key code was difficult to manage, plus the keypad was loose.

So close to downtown and the beach. Perfect spot! There was a bin for our pup with towels and treats. Made me feel like she was truly welcome.

The bed was no so great my boyfriend had a hard time sleeping but I was fine.

This little townhouse was just what I needed for my pup and I to spend a couple nights near the coast. The house was super pet-friendly, location was great, and it was very clean (though it's noteworthy that there are no cleaning supplies on site - so if you are prone to spilling things on the counter or floor, bring your own cleaner! I've never stayed in a house that didn't have some supplies for cleaning up, since spills do happen, so I found that odd).

The unit next-door was being remodeled... loudly... starting at 7am (before the sun was even up!) and the workers left midday, but came back in the evening and worked/clamored around until 10pm. I understand that it is the off-season and repairs/remodeling has to happen at some point, but it is only courteous to wait until at least 9am to begin work and end before nightfall, especially when people are spending their vacations here. I specifically wanted to rest, sleep in, and have some peace and quiet. It was really disappointing to have the rest and retreat I needed be so disrupted by construction work in the unit on the other side of the wall.
