The property is a great location. It is close to the highway, and a short drive to Vail Village. It is close to Avon, Edwards and Frisco. It’s a great location to explore this part of the mountain region.

We ran out of toilet paper a couple of days before our visit ended. We called and asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and we were denied. The representative on the phone acted as if enough toilet paper was supplied at the beginning of the stay, but that was not true. (Two rolls were supplied.) We were promised a roll of toilet paper but the tone of voice of the representative indicated to me that it would not be forthcoming. And I was correct. We had to buy toilet paper at the convenience store which cost us about eight dollars. That was ridiculous! I was surprised that such a simple comfort request, toilet paper, became a big deal. They should’ve just brought us a roll of toilet paper.

Location was very convenient to the Booth Falls bus stop. Price was reasonable for what you would expect in east Vail. Area was quiet.

1) The property was pretty quirky in my opinion. It seemed like only half of the light switches worked. Very confusing especially coming in for the first time when it was dark. 2) The top floor bedroom was extremely hot and none of the 3 thermostats we found in the property seemed to work, despite repeatedly trying to turn the heat down. Ultimately we had to leave the windows open to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. The windows were actually unlocked when we arrived so I assume this is how most guests deal with it. 3) The high cleaning fee was difficult to stomach especially because I would not describe the property as “spotless”. There was a lot of long human hair on the floor, in the sink and in the shower from the previous renter. 4) The building appears to run on radiant heat which meant constant creaking and banging in the walls during the night. My friend even commented “it sounds haunted”. 5) The property felt like it got a quick remodel. The kitchen was nice but other pieces have been overlooked. The third floor shower had a concerning crack in the tile that should probably be caulked or replaced.

I was happy to stay in the condominium.

Usually in the kitchen has coffee or tea but not in the property. It was not convenient for me.
