I liked the location very much. Staff were incredible and friendly. There was a nice side view of the ocean and boardwalk.

Maybe the roof top pool could have been cleaner/ vacuumed and scrubbed. I know it is a rooftop but I could see bird droppings all in the bottom of the pool.

Location and staff were excellent . Ocean side views were Amazing! Great sized room with full size refrigerator was great!

Pools are small, and were very dirty. Beds were also very uncomfortable but that’s a personal preference. Only having 1 elevator wasn’t ideal either .

Location on the boardwalk was wonderful. Oceanfront room had a balcony with very nice table and chairs. It was also very nice to have a full size fridge, cook top, microwave and sink. Saved our family a good bit of money being able to cook breakfast and lunch in our room.

Only way to get hot water in the shower was to run the bathroom faucet while getting a shower. Told the front desk about it and I don’t believe it was fixed. The beds could be replaced too. Parking- if you wanted to be close you had to pay for “preferred parking” which was $20/night, other wise walk a block from the hotel. If you want to check in early they charge you$25 fee to check in prior to 4pm.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t check in until 4pm.

The hotel was disgusting. Run down, smelled, dirty towels- air conditioning was broke. Free Parking lot was 2-3 blocks away . Unacceptable accommodations

Cleanliness, smell, air conditioning broke Water leaked from the shower onto the carpet constantly. The refrigerator sounded like a motorboat all night long. Dirty towels and linens

Great location!

AC barely cooled the room, the elevator had issues every day, the room was Sandy when we arrived, and the pull out sofa was terrible. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it, overall for the price we were highly disappointed.
