Clean rooms and bedbug policy in force. Foood was good and plentiful. Staff was helpful for directions. We slept well and know where to go to stay. Thanks again.

How I was treated. We were turned away and was supposed to be refunded but have yet to see the refund.
We booked a room and someone was sleeping in the room. It was scary and embarrassing and we had to go back down to the main floor to let the staff know. Nothing was done about it walk ins showed up and they gave them the last room and had no more room for us except one room that was closed for maintenance.

I liked pretty much everything!
My only complaint is that the water has too much softener in it because once I put my conditioner on my hair in the shower, I started really sliding all over the place and almost slipped & fell. Then my 5 year old son took a shower after me & he almost slipped & fell too!

Location between Badlands and Fort Collins makes this a good break point. Very clean. Great staff. Great local Mexican restaurant nearby. Complimentary breakfast accommodated everyone’s needed and was good.

Shower was horrible, no water pressure. And room was stuffy even after I turned the heat all the way down.

Room was very nice and clean. Beds were quite comfortable.
Trying to get to it was a challenge. Google Maps had us going through what looked like an industrial plant on a non-existent dirt road. When we thought we had found the right (paved!) road, it ended up being a different parking lot and had to go over a curb to get to the hotel. We finally figured out the best route was to go through a different parking lot of a strip mall to access the hotel.

Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts have been post Covid. And be aware…when they say serving until 9:30, they mean until exactly 9:30.
Bed was softer than I prefer, but still ok for one night.
