Very homie accommodation! Clean and an amazing value! This will be my "GO To" for future visits.

We had some minor issues with entry codes and parking passes (due to being on 2 motorcycles). However, the support line text option done a fantastic job working through those for us.

The condo was gorgeous! Marble countertops, cool and refreshing AC, plenty of towels, TV and Netflix logged in, everything you need! Close by to a lot of things to do. Short drive to other areas. The beach itself has soft white sand and warm waters! Refreshing and relaxing.

The beach is full of loud motorcycles and lifted trucks. It comes with the destination. The towels were a bit harsh on a sun burn but that’s our own fault too. Everything was pretty amazing.

I loved everything about the condo, very cozy, especially sitting on the balcony watching the nightlife. The condo is located in the center of everything which I loved. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, fun and games, shopping, etc. I will be returning to stay.

The only thing about the condo that I had an issue with was the shower. It had hair in the drain area and on the shower inside walls. But I took care of it and bought some bleach so everything was ok.

The refrigerator smelled like dead fish and we had to rinse our ice off before we used it and we got a warning about having our car towed for not having a parking permit that was supposed to be in the room for us when we checked in and it wasn’t. We had to go to the office on Saturday between 12:00-12:30 to purchase a parking permit for $10.00 when it was supposed to be free

The only thing we liked was that we were on the last floor so we didn’t have to hear anyone above us. Also the stores were close.

The place was dirty, dishwasher was flooded and didn’t work. Washer didn’t work. The small room tv wouldn’t turn on because the remote was broke in half. Toaster was nasty. The pool got closed the second day we were there. We were told it would be open at noon but wasn’t opened until we left. We had two babies with us and got woken up in the morning because they were doing something on the roof. The shower and sinks were dirty. Towels had stains on them. On the reservation it says the beach is 900 feet from the hotel but we had to walk at least what felt like half a mile to get to the beach. We stayed there from Monday until Thursday they gave us only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. The pull out couch was horrible and made so much notice every time you turn around on it or just did down. It’s crappy that we got charged cleaning fee and they tell you to load the dishwasher and turn it on when you check out and get rid of all the trash. So I would not recommend staying there or will I ever stay there.

Air was out...waited 4 hours to be moved and finally they offered a place in Ft Walton Beach..we ask for a refund! They refunded the whole amount with apologies and they were very nice and quick!
